After doing our homework and getting six estimates to install a new unit and add ductwork to maximize the efficiency of the system, we chose Holy City.
The price and the warranty were right on point. We were beyond impressed by the enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism of the team that installed our unit, including the owner.

Great experience with Holy City Heating & Air! Our AC went out recently one evening and we contacted Holy City. They sent someone out first thing the next morning. The technician was able to get our system up and running again, but unfortunately it had reached the end of its life and it was time for a full replacement. Holy City was able to discuss several options with us, scheduled replacement service in a timely manner, and they were able to offer us 3 year no interest financing. The replacement service took less than 1 day. Technicians were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend!

These guys are fabulous! Our AC went out on the 4th of July, and these kind folks not only called us back immediately on the holiday, but had a technician out here first thing on July 5th who got us back online super-fast! The technician (Patrick) was great. He knew what he was doing and fixed our problem incredibly fast. Holy City HVAC has become our HVAC company! We will be using them for maintenance and any future AC business we need. Thank you all so much Holy City HVAC. Amazing work. We are incredibly grateful!!

Hunter and TJ did a great job for us! They are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and our plumbing symptoms and as a result correctly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Which by the way no other plumber had been able to do and there have been a few other companies here off and on since last June. The moral of the story.......call Holy City FIRST!!!

I recently had Holy City do a routine service on my HVAC System and I was very please with their work. The 2 Tech's that came out Mark and Brandon were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They informed me of the condition of my entire system and were very prompt in their service.

They have great service and stand behind their work. They also make things right even if they did cause the problem. I had another company misdiagnose an issue, replace a board, & jumped out a component when they realized that they messed up instead of telling me. Holy City Heating & Air also misdiagnosed the problem and replaced the board, however when they realized their mistake they made the correct repair without charging me. The owner even came out to make sure that they figured out and repaired my system properly. Top quality and professional. They also don't spam me trying to sell me extra services I don't want or need, which was the reason that I stopped doing business with the prior contractor.

We had an emergency over Labor Day weekend and Holy City Heating & Air came to the rescue. From the receptionist taking my call to our repair man Tom, who happens to be the owner, everyone was respectful, professional, knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. Our AC issue was diagnosed and fixed in under 2 hours. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and will be recommending Holy City Heating & Air to everyone. Top notch service all around - so thankful for this company. We will be using them from here on out for all of our HVAC needs, and you should too!
