Affordable Fixes Heating Cooling Plumbing

Affordable Fixes was absolutely amazing. I called on Friday and they came out first thing Saturday and did an incredible job. They're honest, efficient, and I would recommend them to absolutely everyone! I will definitely refer friends and family to them in the future.

My gas furnace was shutting down intermittently. I had another company look at it and they couldn’t determine the issue. Affordable Fixes tech diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. It’s been about 2 weeks since fixed and all is good

Services rendered were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and great customer service.

So I needed to solder together just 2 ends of a copper pipe, which I couldn’t seems to get it done. Think my Lowes bought torch wasn’t hot enough. So I called Affordable Fixes and he came in with a smile, went straight to work without saying what it was going to cost me. Since it’s only 2 ends I didn’t bother to ask. He finished up and wrote me up a bill for $550.00. Now that’s what I call I don’t know what to say.
This wasn’t one of your technicians. This was the owner from the impression I got. The short stocky guy.

Update: had them come to service my boiler. Clearly laid out what should be fixed immediately and what I should think about doing in the future. Explained everything that was being done and why it was necessary. Thanks Val and team!

It took 3 weeks and 3 hvac professionals from other companies (one was the service manager) to tell us our air conditioner was fine, one said you need frion the other said a new filter and the other said a fan in the attic for ventilation but everything looked fine...88 degrees is definitely not “fine!” Finally we found affordable fixes and Val came out just as scheduled and on time. He took on glance at the unit from outside As he was walking up our steps and dx’d the problem immediately without even looking at it from the inside. He also dx’d several other problems that the other HVAC professionals were oblivious to. He was professional, super knowledgeable and diligent by ensuring the air coming out of the vents was at the 58 degree mark before he left so he knew our air would be working at over 100%. Val is awesome. Hard worker and really gave us our sanity back because Living on a second floor apt in the middle of a heat wave can get to you after a while. Lastly, he reminded me of gratitude . I so often forget about the privileges I have like such an air conditioner and other luxuries I may take for granted.

Val should get a raise!!! And a pat on the back.

Val and his colleague came on time as we scheduled, by the time my wife and I got there we were actually late to our own appointment but Val waited very patiently, once they got started there was no BS no games, they were courteous, professional, and kept me informed of what was going on thru out. the fix was done, the price was fair, and I would 10/10 hire them again!!!

Responded quickly to a emergency situation at my laundry. Explained everything throughly and took pictures of the unit on roof to show proof that my current HVAC company was not doing a good job. Took care of everything. Nicole the scheduler, is very competent.

Replacing my furnace was no easy feat given the tight spaces into which it needed to be shoe-horned. Val did a great job of pulling the old unit out and replacing it with a high-quality Train unit...all without damaging any sheet rock or anything else in my home. He spent a considerable amount of time cleaning up after the work, and I couldn't be happier. When I replace my air conditioning system next year, there is only one company on my list!!

Val and his team installed the new A/C system at my office. We used to have a floor model that only cooled down one section but they mounted the new one higher so there is now a noticeable difference now when it's on. They worked quickly and quietly without disrupting our work. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional installation for a reasonable price!
