Affordable Fixes Heating Cooling Plumbing

We’ve happily hired Affordable Fixes a few times now for a few different plumbing issues. Every time we call, they’ve come out same day and were not only highly professional, they were very friendly and took time out to explain everything they were about to do and then explained what they did. Nik is hands down the most honest trustworthy legit plumber we’ve ever met. The first time they came out, we were worried, as we had been swindled by 2 other plumbing companies that were highly rated on Yelp! ...and had our pipes and property damaged and in complete disarray from another top rated plumbing company we found on Yelp! This time we headed to the Better Business Bureau and found Affordable Fixed. I should have gone to the BBB in the first place! Live and learn. These guys treated us like family and I would be willing to speak to anyone interested in a more detailed review, but in the meantime, start with Affordable Fixes. They’ll do it right the first time, otherwise you might be calling them down the line to fix the previous plumbers work.

Needed a 50+ year old sink trap replaced after it literally disintegrated upon self removal. On time, fair pricing, super nice employees. Second time using them and will use them again.

Following a respectable attempt by Affordable Fixes to fix my Lennox Heat Pump by replacing its reversing valve, it wasn't enough to bring the 18 year old heat pump back to life. Instead of putting a dime more into the equipment, Affordable Fixes recommended that we replace the old system . We speced out a slightly more expensive state-of-the-art heat pump system that takes advantage of the variable compressor technology, thus allowing for more efficiency. We went with a XV18 Heat Pump with a TAM 9 AHU using a XL1050 stat as the user interface which tied the whole system together. Val and his team at Affordable Fixes came in and got the job done. The entire team worked hard and were very focused on the task at hand. They showed up early and coordinated very well with each other through the day and were able to remove my old system and install the new system in a single day. I feel lucky that I found Affordable Fixes and have been able to trust them with professional services within my home for the past 6 years. Thank you Affordable Fixes!

Very professional and well spoken technician sent out for plumbing emergency (huge leak) in basement. The problem was solved and repaired quickly, with very fair pricing and the job completed in super clean fashion. Big thank you to Nik, Vlad and The Affordable Fixes Team. I requested lateral inspection. The gentleman who came to perform it was nice and professional. At the end he said there’s no major problems. Then the problem started with the office! I called for report for 4 days, sending emails, all I getting is “tomorrow”. Today, someone called me from their office stating he got an email request for the report and he has no idea what I’m asking for as this is not the service I requested???? He said he’ll listen to my calls. Then he called me back saying there are a lot of issues and we have to have everything repaired because we won’t pass the inspection????? WHAT ?????

I see your response and this is NOT true!!! I did as you for ANY report!!! Another thing, you are NOT even licensed and registered with the township and legally not allowed to perform that inspection but when I called and asked you said you ARE licensed!!! How dare you are to be lying like this???? I have all the screenshots and emails as a proof!!!

My heater system went out. I contact Affordable Fixes, left a message last night and received a call this morning including a scheduled time. Valerie who works in the office was very polite. The Service Tech explained in detailed what he was doing to ensure I was aware of the issue with heat not working. I read the reviews prior to calling, all reviews were on point! If your system is down, don’t delay...
