Schultheis Bros. Heating, Cooling & Roofing

My experience with Schultheis Bros was that they were initially very responsive when I first contacted them for a quote, then when I had to reschedule the job because of a genuine family emergency, they made me call four or five times in the course of two weeks until they were able to call me back to reschedule. As for the job itself, the crew was very professional, careful, and friendly, and completed the job within the expected time line. The only real negative note: they could have cleaned up much better after themselves instead of using my backyard garden as an open-air trash can, *though I did not get a chance to call them with this feedback during their office hours*. That is the main reason I gave them four stars instead of five. I hope this is helpful feedback to other customers as well.

Workers did not use tarps on ground to catch debris. Tossing debris off roof they bent a lower level aluminum awning, dented aluminum storage shed roof, and broke double spotlight on back wall of house.. We now have cracks in bedroom ceilings where there were none from slamming shingle bundles down. Removed and closed in 2 existing vents for intake air for power fan. Now there is not enough intake air for new fan. Worst of all, workers did not admit they did any damage and just left. We found all damages in the next several days. Not very professional. Will not use or recommend this company again.

The gentleman who came out checked the furnace and cleaned everything.He set my thermostat so I would not wake up to 68degrees. His name is Darryl He was just wonderful and I will ask for him personally!!

What a hard-working team of roofers. Roofing and gutters look nice. They did the best they could with all the plants / trees around our home, happy with their clean-up of the roofing debris around the house after the work was done. VERY Happy with the sun / light tube installed for our bathroom. Have already recommended them to our neighbor.

Fast ane easy to work with. They did miss a nail in the driveway so we a had a tire puncture. Minus one star for that otherwise would be 5 stars.

A very satisfied customer! It had been estimated that my repair could take 4-6 weeks to be able to come out and complete, but about week after, I received a phone call that the gentlemen could come out the following Wednesday for repairs!! They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. They also took some photos of further repairs of my roof that would need done in the near future. I will definitely be using you all again! Thank you!!

We used them to replace our boiler (November 2022). Very polite, did what was expected and left no mess! Their estimate was the best out of the four other companies we reached out to. I would definitely recommend them.

Schultheis Brothers installed new gutters on our home in May of 2022. We were pleased with the level of communication and the timeliness of their worked. They arrived when they committed and provided information along the way. The job was done nicely and the worksite was left clean. We appreciate their work and would recommend them to our friends and family.

We had our roof and gutters replaced in the fall of 2021. They had not been replaced since our home was built in 1980, and we knew it was time. Although it is a tough pill to swallow to spend so much on something you can barely see, Schultheis was professional and responsive, which made the project much more bearable! Our questions were answered quickly, and the office staff was great. The workers were able to complete our roof in one day, and they returned to install the gutters once they came in. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Schultheis Bros is amazing! I had purchased a building for my bakery and once June hit it started getting HOT with the ovens on. The regular AC was not cutting it. They came in and installed a Mitsubishi unit, and I could not have been more grateful. When it was getting installed the men were fast, professional, and didn't leave any kind of mess behind.

It's been almost 2 years since I've had it, and there have been zero issues. It also has heating when we need a little extra warmth in the bakery during the cold months!

Would highly recommend!!!
