Clark was super professional and very honest. He was able to do a repair job and get us an estimate for for a larger project within a day or so! Katie in the office was super helpful and responsive. She clearly outlines the expectations and our expectations were far exceeded! Will definitely be using them again the future!!

We used Schultheis Brothers for new gutters on our house. From the quote to installation they were excellent. Prompt, polite, and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. The last one was super important to me because I have little kids who play in our yard. Great experience!

Jeff from Schultheis came by for an emergency repair of my furnace on 12/26/2020 and made quick work of the issue. He was pleasant, listened to the feedback that I gave, as I had already diagnosed the issue, and then quickly replace the gas valve which he went through much effort to source after hours. He was great and I will definitely use Schultheis Again

I signed up for the maintenance plan for the AC and furnace. It is a great value for the service rendered and SB reminds me by calling to schedule the maintenance. Both times the technicians have been punctual,polite, personable efficient. The most recent tech was William. he was very nice and competent to deal with

I called Schultheis after my furnace stopped working and they sent a technician over very quickly. Fernando was extremely friendly and professional and took the time to explain the issue to me. I needed a new inducer motor so he quickly got on the phone to look into getting the part. Within an hour Marcus showed up with the part and was able to quickly install it. My house was freezing and I have 2 young kids. They knew this and they really went above and beyond to prioritize the job due to these circumstances. I really appreciated that and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience with Schultheis!

We had an air conditioner added to an existing system and I could not be happier with the work that Schultheis Brothers did. They were knowledgeable, informative, honest and fair. I would gladly recommend Schultheis Bros. to anyone who would listen! I had such a great experience from start to finish. I have a house with radiators so central AC is not an option for me. I have been relying on window units since I moved into my house almost 5 years ago. When my downstairs window unit went last year I knew I would have to replace it. Because it is a casement window it is a special size and it's almost impossible to find a unit with enough BTU's to cool the entire downstairs. That's when someone mentioned the ductless mini split system to me. I researched the units and was looking for a reputable company to install one. My best friend could not speak more highly of Schultheis Bros. I called them and they went above and beyond to schedule a consultation around my work schedule. Tony came out and did the consult. He was wonderful! He answered all of my questions, did not try to upsell me, listened to my concerns and needs, and did not confuse me with HVAC jargon. I felt like a valued customer. And he gave me a very competitive price. And he gave me an estimate of 2 to 4 weeks for install, which was exactly correct. The two men who came to install were also great! They explained everything to me, showed me how to use the unit, and one of the guys even helped me dig up a plant that needed moved which would block the outside unit. And the other tech offered to remove my window unit and dispose of it! Such great service. And now my house is wonderfully cool, especially now that it's over 90 degrees outside. The unit cools my whole downstairs and circulates air so well. I couldn't be happier with my whole experience!
