Schultheis Bros. Heating, Cooling & Roofing

Over past few years now,. I have hired Schultheis Brothers for replacing HVAC, heating and roof repairs and replacement. They come all way from Verona to Moon Township for providing service. They are amazing to work with. Years ago, I was receiving several bids for installing HVAC and heating system. Schultheis representative was onsite for proving us an estimate. Ironically, another company showed up at the same time (bit earlier than expected) and saw their truck outside. The representative from other company asked me as to why would we hire someone from the other side of town for this job. He was so intimidated/irritated by Schultheis that we never even gave us a quote. To say the least, we hired Schultheis. Ever since then, I only contact them. Don't think too much about Schultheis and just hire them. They are worth it.

Schultheis Bros. just installed our new gutters. From our initial talks for an inspection with Katie and Kathy to our install day, everything went very smoothly. All of the guys who installed our gutters were very nice and professional. They also worked hard to make sure everything was functional for the design of our home. We are very happy with everything!

A seamless, easy process. The organization (thanks Katie and Cathy) went above and beyond what was necessary to obtain the warranty approvals and ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. The roofing crew (including Steve) were on time, were courteous and professional, worked extremely hard in hot, humid conditions and thoroughly cleaned the entire area when the roof was finished. The roof looks great!

We just had 2 new heat pumps and air handlers installed in our home. Rocco came out to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He measured everything and answered all of our questions. He made a couple of phone calls after the work was done to insure everything was still running well and we were satisfied.
We had two installers come out. Andy and Justin. They were fantastic. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Schultheis, and this team to anyone needing HVAC work done. And I would not hesitate to call them again if I need any other work done. We were extremely pleased with them. I believe we made a very good choice when we decided to go with them.

Mike, our technician was EXCELLENT! The company was able to come out the same day to inspect our furnace and was able to repair the part in less than 24 hours. The price was way lower than what we anticipated. The biggest difference was Mike's customer service, he provided a clear explanation was very trustworthy and his 35+ years in the industry was obvious. Thanks again Schultheis Bros & Mike!!!

Extremely satisfied with the overall job. Bob and 8-person crew began work at 7:30am and were completely finished and cleaned up by 4:30pm. Replaced wood, shingles, vents, and created a roof vent the length of the roof. They covered my back deck, bushes, front yard grass, anywhere debris could cause damage or excessive cleanup. They also padded the ladders that had to lean on gutters to avoid dents and scratches. Amazing work process. Highly recommend.

I called Schultheis Bros to reinstall a downspout that blew off during a recent windstorm and clean out the front gutter. While it took them a bit to respond, my service was finally scheduled and completed on April 11, 2021. My service was provided by Bob, along with a colleague. Not only did they arrive early (I was scheduled between 12-3pm; they arrive at 11am!), the job was done quickly and expertly. I'm very satisfied with the service provided, and will not hesitate to call Schultheis Bros again when needed.

I would like to congratulate"Bob and his crew" for doing such a magnificant job on our new roof. Bob's crew were very hard workers. Schultheis Bros. deserves a 5 Star Rating. They were all very professional workers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their type of services. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service they did for us. We would definitely use them again.

Jeff & Tony did a Amazing job installing my new furnace. They were very efficient. Jeff also install my new thermostat for me. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They both was very nice. I recommend Schultheis Bros if you need any work done.
