Great company, and very easy to get in touch with. Everyone I spoke with was professional, helpful and friendly. Loved how easy the estimation process was with absolutely no pressure or sales tactics. New roof went up quickly and looks fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely recommend.

Had to have both my AC unit and furnace replaced. Took several weeks for the installation to occur, but fabulous and professional job. Have had good results with Schulteis in the past for repairs.

What a great choice we made when deciding to hire Schultheis! They actually did two roof installations for us. The team was on time, very professional, and completed the job without a glitch. The support and response from management was superior. Multiple managers, including the owners, stopped by to check on the progress and offer support to their team. At the end of the day, the entire job site was cleaned and our roof looked great. I would highly recommend Schultheis Brothers for your roofing needs. Often times, once a contract is signed, you never hear from your sales rep or management. Not true with Schultheis. Justin and his associates did a fantastic job replacing two 22 year old furnaces and air conditioners in our home. They were very professional and coordinated with my construction of a raised platform for the condensing units seamlessly. The upstairs unit is shoe horned in to a bedroom closet, and they handled that difficulty without complaints.

I have used Schultheis Brothers for maintenance over the years and had them perform some duct modifications required by my recent kitchen renovation. The company has always performed very well and earned my confidence to do this major replacement project. I offer my highest recommendation

From the initial inspection to the completion of our new roof installation, our experience with Schultheis Bros. was very enjoyable. Every step of the process including the initial inspection, receiving the thorough and detailed estimate and brochures, selection of shingles at their showroom, scheduling of the install, and the installation itself, was done efficiently and professionally. After seeking out (literally) dozens of quotes for a roof and gutter replacement I ended up going with Schultheis Bros. Their price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. On the day they came to do the roof, full crew and everyone was at my house early in the morning and a light rain started. They didn’t feel comfortable doing any work (even though the drizzle was light) during that time and promised to come back the next day (which was supposed to be much nicer). I really appreciated that, some roofers may have tried to work in the rain which would have lead to problems. They showed up promptly the next morning and worked tirelessly from the early morning until the sun set.

They came back the following day to finish up the roof and install my gutters. Both ended up exactly how I wanted-quick and great work with VERY minimal debris in my yard (I have 2 dogs and was worried about finding nails-I believe I only found 2-3 nails in a year).

I wanted to get some dormers replaced the following year and I didn’t even hesitate to just call them and get a quote without going through all the places I called originally.

Schultheis Bros. did a fantastic job on my roof! They finished the entire roof and gutters in a day and a half. The workers were courteous and professional. I have a large flower garden directly in front of my house and they really took care to avoid getting any debris or damage of any kind to the area, despite the close proximity. My whole yard was spotless when they were finished. I highly recommend them! My neighbors are already asking for their number!
