I’ve not had a worse experience with a company. I had someone come and assess damage from a power surge. The communication with the front desk to the people she was “giving the message” to was horrific. I did my best as a homeowner to be on top of the situation to get the hvac system installed as seamlessly as possible. The day they finally came to install it, the couldn’t finish bc the initial assessments (we had already had two people from the company to the house at this point) failed to note that the wiring of a 2020 install would require different things than my previous 2015 unit (also installed by this company). I had to be home from work AGAIN (now the 4th time) for the install to be completed. The tech came that day, was with the unit for 10 minutes and then notified me that “his boss had sent him with the women wiring options”... so now I had to schedule ANOTHER day home from work the following week so it could finally be finished. It then took them >4 weeks to mail me an invoice (dated day of completion) saying I would owe an extra 1.5% if paid after 30 days of invoice. Not only that, the invoice came with the name of the PREVIOUS owners on it and addressed to my boyfriend who does not own the house and merely helped with communication as they were terrible about phone calls and I work in healthcare where I cannot be on the phone with hvac all day. So now I will have to get this fixed for my insurance company to honor the claim, as NEITHER of the names on the invoice are mine - the homeowner and claim owner. Honestly the most horrific experience I’ve had since being a homeowner.. I would not recommend to anyone trying to prevent multiple headaches.

Our furnace wasn't working on a cold Saturday night. My call was taken right away, a service person was here two hours later and had us up and running shortly after. Schultheis is always fast, the staff are professional and friendly and they do a great job.

The furnace and AC was installed 14 years ago by Schultheis and when I had an issue, didn't hesitate to call them. Dan W.was extremely efficient and professional, and diagnosed and fixed the problem (failed board) and soon had the house warming up again! Great service!

The sales and purchasing process of our new A/C unit was a breeze and the install happened very quickly which came as a great relief to the family. When a few issues with the new unit did arise, a Shulthesis Bros. technician was sent out that same day. Management was quick to address our concerns and in the end we got a great new A/C unit at a fair price.

Schultheis Brothers is a company filled with honest and hardworking people. Every time I call on Schultheis Brothers, whether it be for a routine repair or an emergency, they are always at my door quickly and work efficiently to fix the problem. Every service tech and roofer I have had at my house is polite and makes me feel like they genuinely care about their customers. I would recommend Schultheis Brothers to anyone, all of my family and friends use their services. They truly are one of the last reputable and honest family businesses left in Pittsburgh.

The Tech who came out was very professional, knowledgeable, on time, he left everything in good order and clean. His name was Daryl, I would highly recommend him! He was articulate, and able to explain things in layman terms. Great Job!

I manage a condo, with over 40 HVAC units, they always come and the techs are polite, smart and professional. The jobs gets done in a reasonable time period. Office staff is very helpful and billing is fast.
No complaints.

Tony DeJesus from Schultheis Bros came out to give a quote on a new furnace. He said the furnace looked good and suggested a service call might prove that replacement may not be necessary. The next day a technician came out and found no cracked heat exchanger and proved no evidence of CO. He said the furnace should last saving me the cost of a new furnace.
If you are looking for a fast, honest HVAC company this is it. Thank you Tony and Malcolm

May 2nd I purchased a new furnace and come late fall early winter the furnace was not working properly, I call tech came out but could not find the problem. Out of discuss I call and requested an appointment to purchase new furnace. Tech came out was quite negative about everything BUT promised me a quote by Dec. 28. Quote never came, no one called so Jan. 15th a called a competitor who found the trouble. Because I wanted nothing more to do with Schultheis Bros I bought a new furnace from another dealer. I did request they return my maintenance agreement deposit. I want nothing more to do with Schultheis. They do no follow up. Take you money and run. The competitor out did them in every aspect from beginning to end and plus follow up to the owner

I contracted for a complete HVAC system to replace my 21 year old system. Rocco came to my home, measured every room, inspected my existing system. He then gave me a choice of 3 different configuations for my wife and I to review. No other contractor that was contacted took the time to measure oir home.

Installation was performed by John and Devlin. You could not ask for any better installers. They arrived on time, took care not to damage the new equipment or the walls and stairwell leading to the basement. The metal fabrication to connect the new equipment to the existing duct work was outstanding. They cleaned up each night and removed all of the old equipment and any debris that was a result of their fabrication.

They also spent a few hours testing the new equipment. My wife and I could not be happier with are new system. We give this organization and it’s employees a five star rating and highly recommend them for anyone who needs a new system.
