Arendosh Heating & Cooling now part of McVay Plumbing Heating Cooling

We wanted a new furnace, air conditioning unit, and hot water tank to replace all the very old units in the house. The first company I thought of was Arendosh Heating and Cooling, but didn't think they serviced our area. I found out they do service Westmoreland County. After receiving other estimates, Rocco from McVay and Arendosh gave us an estimate.
We wanted quality, experience, and fairness. We thought we did our homework, but Rocco, their sales rep, surprised us. He has been in the business for years. He did installations, and now is in sales. He could answer all our questions inside and out. He was very patient, and we never felt rushed.
He gave us suggestions that saved our budget, so we got the furnace we wanted. Who knew you could change your temperature from your cell phone!
He was on time, and responded asap with all questions.
Now to the installation process!.. Chris and Dalton were excellent in the process. They, also, had many years of experience and knowledge. Chris and Dalton explained everything and answered all questions. They were punctual. They put down covers on the flooring. They cleaned up ever little speck of dirt. Both of them never took a break in the two days of installation. There was a third person one day, but we can't remember his name.(so sorry)
Customer service above and beyond is what we got. Everything is working well!! We will definitely be using them for servicing in the future.
We are now in the process of getting an estimate for our plumbing projects. We will let you know how it goes.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Mike was very thorough during the estimate explaining all my potential options and the associated costs. Prices were competitive to other estimates I received. The installers were professional and respectful of my house. It was raining outside and they put down sheets & towels as to not ruin my carpet. The job took a day and a half to do a replacement of both furnace and AC. Once they were done they showed me everything they did and how to replace the filters on the air cleaner. If you’re looking for a company to do hvac work these guys are great

Our AC stopped working on the hottest weekend of the year. Their technician was on site first thing Monday morning and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes and had the required parts on his truck. Excellent service and a fair price. Highly recommended.

Jacob had his hands full with our central air this Saturday. He spent a lot of extra time making sure it was done correctly and was so sweet. It was so hot in this house and he didn’t complain and the smile never left his face. Our house is finally getting cooler!!

Rocco the sales rep. was knowledgeable and spent time looking over my project for best placement of units, and size. He explained the system and totally blew away the other HVAC service reps that came (they never once even pulled there tape out). Rocco noticed I had a dryer vent out side that totally changed where I thought the unit would be. He quoted me a price while he was there and I had them up and running in 2 weeks. His price was under 2 other competitors. The install guys Walt and Nate were extremely professional and took care on how the units were mounted, the outside unit faces a busy street and they did an excellent job on the install. I am very knowledgeable in the construction field so I know what to look for. Walt took time and was training Nate. Nate was young and eager to learn. All aspect of this company for my service was off the charts in my book. I highly recommend them.

The technicians Robert and CJ, were courteous , professional, and very careful to do a great job. They did their checks, kept me informed, and were very neat in doing it.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Arendosh Heating & Cooling! Every technician that has come in has been professional, courteous, thorough, and timely. We got our heating and AC installed by them as well as routine maintenance. Most recently, we had Rocco come out to assess our duct system and he helped with suggestions on how to utilize our dampers more effectively. He was so kind and really treated us like family!! We plan to continue with them for all of our heating and cooling needs, thank you Arendosh!!

About two weeks ago our 29yr old furnace busted. They repaired it and then took the repair cost off of the new furnace that Brandon and Dan installed today. They came first thing, kept us informed of the process, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and walked me through our new furnace plus related paperwork. Everyone we've interacted with from the company (CJ that did the initial repair, and Rocco that finalized our purchase of the new furnace) has been wonderful. I highly recommend.

Chalmers and Ryan installed 2 A/C units as well as a furnace at our house. They were extremely polite, very professional, knowledgeable and clean with their work.
