Beam Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been customers of Beam’s for years. They never fail to give superb service. Their employees are always competent and efficient. Today Ulysses came out to fix our whole house air conditioning system and did a super job. Beam gets and deserves my highest rating.

This is the second project I have had completed by Beam. I had my furnaced replaced in early 2022 and today I had my AC unit relocated from the back of my house to the side. On both occasions, the quality of work and consideration for my future plans have been exceptional. We will continue to utilize Beam for all our HVAC needs in the future.

We called about an a/c problem and Beam was at our home within 3 hours and had the a/c repaired. Excellent response time, excellent and professional service performed by Paul. We would highly recommend Beam to everyone.

I'm not sure I've ever had a smoother transaction with a contractor. Not only were they the lowest of my 3 estimates, the estimate was based on a furnace that was a higher quality brand and higher efficiency than the competition. Furnace and vent work was installed in a timely manner and it all looks like a clean smooth installation. I found the process to be honest and straight forward from start to finish.

They came out within 2 hours of me calling and replaced my motor. Their fee to come out was less than everyone else's.

I have been a customer of Beam Heating and Cooling since 1996 when they first installed my new furnace. Since then, they have replaced my air conditioning unit, ran some duct work for a basement finishing project and have done 3 repairs. I have always found them competent and reasonably priced. This last repair was more of a “lets figure out what the problem is” and they did a great job of troubleshooting. Call out to Ulysses, the technician! I would recommend them to anyone looking for Heating or Air Conditioning installation, maintenance or repair.
