From the initial phone call to meeting the technician Steve, the experience was amazing! Steve came out earlier than expected, which was welcomed. By the time he got here, the furnace decided to work, so he gave us advice, a line to reach him at if needed, and didn't charge us since he didnt have to come in. Highly recommended.

I have been a Calfo customer for years and wouldn’t trust anybody else with my system. Their customer service is second to none and they are extremely professional. I always have an excellent experience. My recent technician, Mike Postler, was awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent service and advice, and I highly recommend him for anyone who needs service. Jake rocked!! He was extremely knowledgeable and talked to me so I could understand just what he was saying. He even used visual aids( a Fernco fitting) to help my wife and I understand. I’m absolutely impressed and will definitely call you again for service. Thanks Jake!

These are some of the nicest people I ever dealt with. And they don't mess around. Tech came today said I need new furnace. 15 min later lady calls and says can we come put that in tomorrow. Never seen such speed and attention.

Wow. Mike did such an amazing job with my plumbing emergency, and I appreciated the thorough communication and promptness of the company. The schedulers were also incredibly kind and thoughtful. Thank you, CALFO! Hopefully I won’t have another plumbing emergency for some time, but if I do- CALFO will be my go-to!

Everyone is very professional from the scheduling people to Nathan N., the technician who came to our home. Nathan was very thorough and efficient in working with the hvac. This is the second time he has come to our home and we appreciate the continuity. He already knew the system and was able to review his information from the spring tuneup.

A Wonderful experience from calling to make the appointment, to having someone come out for the service. Zach was awesome! He explained everything he did, answered all of my questions, and took his time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and I was happy before he left. Very professional and a super nice guy! Dominic was very personable and familiar with my brother's boiler issues. He explained everything fully and sold us on a maintenance plan. Very pleased overall.
