Christian was very personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue, and explained the system to me. I know when my old system finally kicks the dust, I’ll be calling your company for installation of a new one. You have a great employee in Christian and your communication is top notch.

This is the most efficient company I have ever worked with. The value of the annual maintenance program is extremely worthwhile. The coldest day of the year, I called and received service within 2 hours and all I needed to do was change the filter to my furnace. Steve just laughed, changed the filter and the call was no extra cost. You saved my day for family Christmas dinner.

Furnace Safety and efficiency inspection was completed by technician and a trainee who shadowed him. They were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant young men who answered any question that I asked. Upon completion the lead tech have me a verbal of the finds and the recommended follow -up. In the near future I will follow+up as per our discussion.

Return visit to assess why the new furnace heat wasn't registering higher than 65 degrees and all rooms was not getting warm.
Technician was on time, courteous an professional. He answered all my questions respectfully and informed me that my air flow needed to be adjusted higher than they originally set it at cause the heat to be settle in place and not flow as well through the ducts. He apologized and re set it. By the time he left the house temperature had already increased by 4 degrees...

They arrived to look over a burst pipe. Work is not done yet, but Mike did arrive when expected and was very professional. Clear communication about the work to be done and prompt follow up from the office to get it scheduled. Holly is very nice to work with.

Got us back to functional and will be back next week to fix the rest.

Mike fixed our furnace nice and quick, they had our part. Very professional and kind. PB blaster was a surprise, faster than expected, got free estimates for more services. Very good.

Steve Derrick came out to look at our furnace. He was very professional and prompt. He even played with my little one who wouldn't leave him alone. Took it all in stride. I have used this company for a few years now. Everyone is always so kind, professional, and come right away. I would highly recommend then to anyone looking for a furnace guy!
