Ive been using South Hills Electric for approximately 5 years now. My home in Brookline is now 60+ years old and has required major updates to electric system (new service), replacement of both furnace and ac system and smaller updates. Ive also added small things like deck ceiling fans. Each time, the service techs have showed up as promised, explained the issues to my satisfaction and performed their work quickly, quietly and professionally. After last weeks replacement of a 23 year old AC unit, I had a question about the new unit. I emailed the company and got a personal answer and thank you from owner Pat Cray within 5 minutes at 7pM at night! Have recommended to many of my friends. Unfortunately, this work ethic in not common anymore in this country. Great job, Pat.

Jake called to tell me they could get there early if that was OK (it was), they found the leak they had put dye in the system to find, Jake told me what it would cost and how long it would take to fix, they fixed it, and they charged me what they said. They checked to make sure the AC was working properly again. They were cheerful, efficient, and easy to deal with!
