Recently, we purchased a new Comfortmaker Furnace and Air Conditioning units along with adding ductwork. The owner of the company was very understanding of our needs along the journey and I can say that everything was done professionally!

Replaced a faulty outdoor GFI plug/weather cover and diagnosed a low voltage landscaping light.
Jake was humble, good listener, and knew his work. Worked well communicating with me as he diagnosed that a GFI outlet had moisture-related failure due to a faulty plastic "bubble" cover. I got a replacement at the hardware store while he diagnosed a faulty low voltage light. Quickly finished the work. $221 for about an hour's effort.

Technician was knowledgeable, upfront and a straight shooter.

DO NOT HIRE. Receptionist answered my call and quoted me $89 just to come to the house, I needed a smart light switch installed. Said if they could finish the job in 30 minutes the charge would be $89. Electrician finished the very simple job in less than 30 minutes and charged me $219!!! Electrician did not give me up front pricing and company owners were unwilling to reduce the bill at all. Rip Off!

These folks are awesome. I’ve had them to the house numerous times (new AC and Heating, new electric outlets and minor fixes to existing homes ones) and they have always been respectful, clean, and perfect. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Called for an electrician today and had my Uncle describe the problem I was having with the installation of my bedroom ceiling fan. The electrician told him we might have to reinstall the old wires with new wires. When I called them back 5 minutes later after getting the green light from my dad for the pricing, the receptionist put me on hold. A few minute later she came back and said "yeah sorry we're going to have to pass"...with no explanation and hung up. What kind of business is that???

I received wonderful service from South Hills Electric. Tim and Cody did an amazing job unclogging my jammed dryer vent and cleaning my air ducts. Will use them for my furnace and A/C needs in the future!
