Christian was EXCELLENT- he spent additional time thoroughly cleaning our entire condenser - all 4 walls around- that had never been cleaned in 15 years. ABOVE & BEYOND effort/care for a basic tune-up, I will recommend Calfo BECAUSE of this young man— exemplary and well done!!

I hired this company last August to do some maintenance on my central air unit. There was a leak at the suction line, draining my Freon empty. Stephen Derrick came and did the work on the line. “Fixing” the leak.
Fast forward to this summer, turn on my unit and it’s not blowing cool air.
I decided to get a diagnostic from a different company and my Freon is empty again! He tested the line and the leak is in the exact same spot from the year before where Calfo “fixed” it.
Calfo says they don’t guarantee their work and they will charge me full price AGAIN to fix their work. The manager wouldn’t even call me back to discuss this.

I see your response, and I have called your office. Multiple times, and you have not returned my calls. Your receptionist, says she gave you the messages, and you’ve chosen NOT to return my calls. How are you planning to resolve this issue if you don’t return my calls?

Guy charged me to replace my capacitor then said “sorry that wasn’t the problem “. He then proceeded to say I needed a new coil and compressor. Which he gave me an estimate of $11,000. I said no, I needed to get other estimates. After he left, I flipped the breaker off and on, and now it’s running fine. If I needed a new compressor, it would not be running right now.
What a total fraud!!!!

Was thorough in the examination and evaluation of our equipment. Explained well his findings.

I had called to fix a broken water pipe. They told me they could not complete the work unless I removed ALL of the cabinets and countertops from the corner of my kitchen. There was clear access from one of the cabinets I removed, and through the basement. Another plumber easily fished a line of pex through within minutes. I was still *billed* for a service. They wouldn't refund me. It would have cost me thousands of dollars to redo the corner of the kitchen if I had followed their advice. Call somebody else, save your time and your money. Included: my work before/after completed by a different, qualified professional (no additional cabinet removal was necessary).

Received a quote for a new furnace, A/C, and hot water heater. Mike and John were early to the appt which was great. We discussed some details, they surveyed and measured, and answered all of my questions. They were very straightforward with respect to equipment and pricing. I'm still doing my research so I haven't decided if I'll go with Calfo, but they were very professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't have any reservations contracting with them for the job.

I have an Electric Furnace and this year not only did I turn the Thermostat down I flipped a switch on the wall believing the whole furnace shut off. IT WAS MAKING A FUNNY SOUND!😲
So I called Calfo had good service with you guys before and it’s just the Pilot light! It stays on even if the Heating System is shut off. So…let’s keep the switch on Thermostat is way down and we know it’s safe. I was afraid Carbon Monoxide would be in the house, or the Furnace went bad, but no. The Pilot Light stays lit.

Sign up for their VIP package. I don’t regret it. Always wonderful people working and they’re helpful and communicative. Dominic probably services our place the most and he’s great with my barky dog and good at what he does in general. So kind! It’s been really nice having a reliable furnace and A/C service. I pay once a year and get both systems done annually, along with discounted parts and repairs. Definitely check them out.
