They came out to install a new flame sensor after ours went bad. A little on the pricey end for the service, but always are prompt, professional, and courteous. Steve was great, he was extremely knowledgeable and fixed our problem in no time, while giving our system a once over. 4 stars because the price was probably double or more what I could have paid had I shopped around.

Was trying to quote installing a new piece of equipment. Found through Angi. Didn’t know who they were before. The gentleman who came out spent 45 minutes making sure every question I had was answered and explained every step of the process. Even though we didn’t go with installing the equipment (due to cost) they gained a customer for the future if I ever need service again.

Atrocious experience. The tech came out and essentially said there was nothing he could do about my AC unit and that I needed a new one. It was true that the unit was essentially dead, but he told me the cheapest AC unit I could get would cost $16,000 and up to $30,000 (which I could finance at over $300/month!). That seemed astronomically high, so I did some shopping around. I talked to four different companies and all quoted me under $10,000 for solid units. I was left feeling like this company was trying to rip me off.

He was way too young to imply experience and knowledge. Nice kid, but, I want someone who knows prices and length of repair. Sweet and respectful, but too inexperienced.

I scheduled a service for a quote on Tuesday. By Thursday Dom was on-site to examine my HVAC and got me estimates. By the very next day Jeff and Dustin were on-site to do the installation. In 3 days I went from initiating communication to a brand new HVAC installed on my house.

Dom, Jeff and Dustin were all very professional. They showed up on time, worked hard and were cordial in communication with me. I highly recommend using CALFO's services and specifically the 3 representatives above were excellent. Dom, Jeff and Dustin were absolute brand ambassadors and put their best foot forward to not only install a high quality product but deliver a compelling customer experience. I have utmost confidence in using CALFO's services in the future and hope I get to interact with the above representatives again.

Dom did a nice job clearly explaining what was done for this visit (A/C check and tune-up) and offered some future services and recommendations but didn’t force or pressure anything….which was nice.

Will be using CALFO again and highly recommend.

For almost 3 years I have been using Calfo without issue. Ive always been treated with respect and my questions always answered. I’ve yet to have a bad experience with any tech. Highly recommend.

Mike and John were very helpful. He explained everything in Detail and showed me every issue in regards to my plumbing and Hvac. I found out I had carbon monixide coming from my furnace which was not detected when I had the gas company come to my home. Thanks to Mike he detected it.

Top notch service. Came back 2 months after initial repair to take a look at problem at no charge. Technician Steve was very nice and professional. Confident that they will stand behind their work. Would recommend!

We needed to get some bid repairs for the main water feed pipe to the house. At my 1st call to them, they had me set up for the next day for a quote. The tech., Mike M. was right on time, looked over the job and had me an Est. within the hour. Very happy with all of them, as happy as one could be with a busted water pipe;)
