Had an issue with our water heater, arrived just after 9am. Our old one was almost 20 years old and was due for replacement. By noon, we had a brand new one installed and working! Technician was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I won't use anyone else but Laudenslager for our heating and cooling needs!

The technician, Terry, was very professional and thorough. He arrived promptly. He did a great job completing the maintenance on our AC/Heating system.

They were most professional, on time, very respectful of our property and belongings. Curt, Terry, Tyler and Collin made for a great team and very good experience in installing our home HVAC system.

EF Laudenslager were a dream to work with. They got to our house early every day, were very communicative about the progress they made and what the plan was for the next day, and made sure that all of our questions were answered. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves well, and took great care with the belongings in our house (and were even playful with our cat!). I cannot recommend the team for any HVAC needs you may have.

We called this morning as our AC was blowing out warm air (and a very hot night's sleep). They had a technician (Dave) out within two hours and he had us fixed up very quickly! Luckily it was just a matter of replacing a part!! We so appreciated the quick service and would recommend!

Although the leak was a minor one, they sent someone out the next day. When Justin arrived he was very pleasant and polite and offered me two alternatives to fix the leak. He did not try to upsell me and was very honest. After my decision, I was given a reasonable quote and had the opportunity to ask any questions I may have had. The work was performed in an extremely timely manner. I plan on using E F Laudenslager for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. They operate like a "family run" business and are truly grateful for the business they receive which is not easy to find anymore.
