We contracted EF Laudenslager to install a ductless "mini-split" heat pump system at our 100+-year-old home, which involved one outdoor compressor and 5 indoor "heads" in various rooms. At one point, there were 6 installers working in our home, which could have been chaotic, but it was far from it. They were all polite, personable, industrious, and accommodating--taking great care to make sure that several interior doors remained closed so our 2 cats would remain contained. We were impressed with the knowledge, skill, and work ethic of each person who worked here, as well as with the neatness of the installation and the harmonious way in which they interacted with each other and with us. We couldn't be happier with the system and installation. We strongly recommend this company!

The service was excellent. I had a Heat Pump and Air Handler replaced. They requested to come the afternoon before the scheduled install date to remove the old outdoor unit. They showed up and removed the outdoor unit and brought the air handler and other parts needed for the install. They also laid down a felt mat from the front door down to the work area to protect the floor. They showed up 8 AM sharp and started working and finished at 4 PM. Three workers arrived, each of them having their own company van, looking very professional, and did not invade the home. There were more than enough HVAC experts there to complete the install. They also were able to remove an old school water reservoir tank. It needed to be cut in half and have 3 workers get each half up the basement steps and out of the house. To assist with the removal, 3 additional workers came to remove it while the other 3 workers completed the finishing touches. Very pleased with the install and everything is working great.

Kai was sent out to help us today with our water heater and he got it done quickly and efficiently! He was very polite and explained everything thoroughly throughout the process, we have been customers of EF for quite some time now and would recommend them to everyone who wants quality service and prompt help! -Josh & Tiffany

Called at 8:30 a.m tech was at my home at 1230 working and job was finished at 330.

Tech was very friendly and did a great job. Was a bit pricey but needed new HW heater and the quick response by company was worth it.

The technician (Nick) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough examination of the system, corrected the problem and performed additional maintenance work to head off a potential future problem. I could not be more pleased with his work.

I purchased a house here in Schneckville almost 3 months ago to be rudely approached from 2 individuals attempting to take my oil tank. When I asked what they were doing on my property, they said they were here to take my tank because they’ve been trying to reach out for 4 years….No one introduced themselves nor called informing me of this nor did I receive any mailings of this. I ask the individuals to speak with their manager so that I can explain the situation and asked PLEASE do not remove this tank because it’s FREEZING and I need it to cook. After speaking on the phone with the manager she mention that this tank was a lease and belonged to them and if I want it it would be $85 for the year … not knowing this company (and I should of done more research) but this “manager” took my first and last name and CREDIT Card information and when I went back outside, I found my tank removed placed on there pickup trunk and the 2 Individual drove off. The manager on the phone took my name and credit card information and hung up on me. I will be reporting this company and cancelling the credit card i gave them over the phone…. Extremely unprofessional, I would NOT recommend to my worse enemy.

We had a washer and dryer installed. The men was extremely knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing. I can't say anything bad about them. They now have one more customer for life.

The customer service is top notch! Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and experienced! I just recently had an issue with the unit in my house leaking, the tech, his name was Terry, was on time, patient (he let me explain what was going on ) and then proceeded to tell me his thoughts on the problem. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to fix it. He was very thorough and had a great positive attitude.also very clean he put on shoe covers and you couldn't even tell where he did the work he put everything together wonderfully!!! Terry is a great asset to the company! I also use E.F. Laudenslager for my propane and every time Greg comes to my house I receive the same outstanding service! He is also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!That is why I will always recommend them to anyone I speak to !! They really go above and beyond!! Phenomenal customer service!!!! Thank you
