We met with three local and highly-rated HVAC companies before making the decision to go with EF Laudenslager. EF wasn't the least expensive of our quotes (nor were they the highest), but the professionalism of the representative who came to our home sealed the deal. Christopher entered our home respectfully (with booties on his shoes), and he spoke to both my husband and I equally. Christopher assessed our compressor outside and our return in the attic (one company we called out did neither but had a quote that was $10k higher than what EF came in with). He answered all of our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, explaining why we shouldn't waste money on the heat pump addition we'd been considering (obviously something that could have brought his company more money), why the unit that one of the companies quoted was too big for our home, etc. He presented all the information we needed--not only about the system he was quoting, but the company--so we could make the best decision for our home and family needs. When we made the call to confirm that we wanted EF to do the install, he guided us through the next steps and got us scheduled quickly, always responsive to answer more questions we came up with along the way.

The day before service, we received a call confirming the day and time that had previously been set up, and Terry and his wonderful crew arrived with the same friendliness and respect for me, my home, and my pets as Christopher had. It was evident that the men had a great rapport with one another, and they worked efficiently to remove my old system and install the new one. It says a lot about the company that these men had genuine smiles on their faces as they went about their day; when I commented on that at the end, Terry expressed his love of the company and his coworkers--that speaks volumes.

Terry took the time to go over my new thermostat with me, explained the paperwork he was leaving, and let me know that if my husband or I thought of any questions about the use/programming of the thermostat or about our new American Standard system, we were welcome to call. (He even brought in a heavy Fed Ex delivery before he left--unnecessary, but another example of the kindness this company employs.)

We felt from the start that EF Laudenslager was the right choice; that was absolutely confirmed during install, and we will gladly recommend them to friends and family.

I wasn't happy that I was having a heat problem on one of the coldest days. I was happy that after calling a number of places that couldn't schedule for a couple days, I called Laudenslager. that wasn't the best part, the tech that came to my house was Nick. He was polite, courteous, and patient. (I had a bunch of questions). I only moved there a month before and didn't understand anything about electric heat. When Nick left, I understood what I needed to know. I will ask for Nick to be my tech from now on. I was worried about what was wrong but Nick was very knowledgeable and checked the entire system to put my mind at ease.

Luke did a great job replacing part of the toilet assembly in the en suite bathroom. The toilet flushes much easier and water no longer leaks from the toilet tank. He answered all of our questions and was thorough and polite.

Matt completed the annual checkup and service of our propane heater and the humidifier. He was efficient and polite. He answered our questions patiently and thoroughly.

We are pleased with E F Laudenslager's propane and plumbing services. They are extremely responsive. We plan to rely on the company's services for many years.

Technician took the time to not only explain what he was going, but also took the time to point out issues at hand. Very professional. Technician was 1st class all the way. i have emergency service with one of their competitors, i think I need to cancel and use FL Laundenslager more going forward. I highly recommend them

I caused a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon (on-call) and needed someone to come out and fix my shower valve in order to be able to turn the water back on to the house. I called EF Laudenslager and Luke called me back in a few minutes and arrived at the house less than an hour later. He took a look at the situation and had a plan for an interim fix in just a couple minutes. He had it all complete in less than an hour and everything was very professionally done. As far as completing the shower valve replacement, they didn’t have the parts in stock but he said their schedule was very busy this week so he would personally plan to come back after hours to take care of this for us once they have the part. Luke did a great job for us, was super friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend EF Laudenslager plumbing services to everyone I know.

I was beyond pleased with their service. They efficiently performed all tasks, answered all questions and were always available for anything else. Very happy with them

Service was excellent. Terry explained everything needed and reason for replacement. My service call was quickly responded to. 90 some degrees is not a time when you want to lose your AC.

Everyone was extremely professional & polite from Christopher who gave us the quote to Terry, Curt, & Andy who was the installation team. I had a new propane heating system and on-demand hot water system installed in November. All the guys were great! We had an issue with the hot water system and Steve came out on a Saturday morning to fix it! Highly recommend this company.

I called them for plumbing issues because they were so great with installing my new HVAC system. Luke showed up on time, was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly, finished repairs and a new faucet installation quickly and made sure everything was cleaned up.
