I was referred to by Stacey, who is the service dispatch through a Facebook post. She is not only a wonderful woman but has wonderful customer service gift to make prospective customers like myself, comfortable and confident of their choice to go with the company. It was later on at night when we had had the discussion about the company and what it provided, so Stacey had informed me that the owner Joe, would call me first thing in the morning. And he did! The response was fast and I was then lead to Steve who came to do a quote on my heating/water system. Well...I absolutely love him! He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I felt his quotes and opinions were reasonable and truthful. I am actually looking forward to having service provided this week not only to get my water fixed but to see Steve and refer this company to anyone who asks!!!! Luke installed the water heater and was very nice and finished the job in a timely manner. Very nice guys! Thanks !!!!

Our service person was Luke who was fantastic! He was on time, super friendly and most importantly efficient. Working from home, we truly appreciated the quickness but yet he took time to be personable. Nobody likes a grouchy tech! We love this company. Have been using them a while now and would definitely refer them.

Luke and Justin were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They not only removed our old water heater and installed a new one but Luke explained how the well system works and why we might not be getting the water pressure that we once had. Because of their professionalism, we are getting quotes on a new well pump system, purchased a yearly plan on our oil burner and are having Laudenslager's service our heat pumps, propane fireplaces, and connect our propane heater in our detached garage. (They were so friendly and professional that I think they deserve a trip to Vegas)

Luke was the most personable yet professional technician that I in all my years being a home owner have met. He answered all my questions, and boy do I ask them. He gave me knowledgeable advise which I greatly appreciate. Luke was equally nice and shook hands with my guest who appeared. Thanks Luke, you are the best!

Friendly, prompt, & professional.Have done business with them for a few winters. Installation & Service calls for propane were done with professionalism & ease. Ladies in the office are knowledgeable and friendly.

Great team from sales to installation! Chris is really in-depth and knowledgeable while giving an estimate for a Ductless AC system. Install was set up in only a couple weeks, even through limited equipment available. Perfect size and ready to avoid the summer heat!

We had a kitchen clogged drain that was pretty far down the drain line, my 20 foot snake was not reaching it. On top of that I had a leak at an old tee that I caused when I bumped it. I had to shut off the mains and now there is no water, showers, toilets etc

We had a strange sound coming from what we thought was our water heater off and on. Through many trials and determination Luke was able to isolate the problem so that we could contact the proper party to have the problem solved. Luke was prompt with the appointment time and very thorough checking other possible sources of this sound. We were very happy with the service.
