Trane Supply

They only sell to contractors. I already diagnosed the issue, removed the part and have it sitting on my desk that needs to be replaced. So how long will I sit without heat in the middle of winter to find a contractor....

Trane is another company like Apple that doesn't want to give the customer a "Right to Repair" their own products. I inherited this furnace when I bought this house. I will not buy a Trane product in the future.

They only sell to contractors. I am a homeowner and they refuse to sell me the part I need to restore my HVAC system. I live 10 minutes from their office with broken AC in the middle of summer. i called contractors they suggested and there is a 2 week waiting list... the contractors insist on diagnosing the problem themselves. Can't blame them, but this doesn't help me at all as the homeowner who owns their product. I will never buy a Trane product and will tell everyone I know not to use Trane products. I'm a knowledgable homeowner with enough background to diagnose basic HVAC problems. I will order the replacement part online and the next one wont be a Trane.

These guys know what they are doing. They don't sell to homeowners. As most homeowners aren't qualified to make these repairs. Makes sense to me.

The counter personnel had the motor we needed waiting for us when we arrived and were very courteous.

Terrible,door locked,lights on and nobody answered door,went and got a system at another supplier
