I had a wonderful experience using the plumbing service for a broken pipe and leak. Justin and Steve were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem and explained what they might need to do in case the pipe was difficult to access. They were honest with pricing and I value that in a business. I wanted to have my HVAC system serviced in preparation for the coming year. The service tech arrived and was very knowledgeable about my unit. In addition to that I had been experiencing some water leakage from my water heater. I placed phone call and as luck would have it, someone was able to come out the next day. EF Laudenslager's staff has always been there when I call. They are all very friendly and professional.

We had Curtis, Terry, and Tyler install a new American Standard Heat Pump.
All 3 guys very knowledgeable about the system and very nice and courteous to work with and cleaned everything up when the job was done, which is a rarity these days to find !!

Plumbing repairs were completed as per the proposal. Work was professionally and quickly done. The technician (Luke) was great, attentive, informative, and careful to not damage or dirty the house and work area.

Install guys were personable, knowledgeable, conscientious and professional. They treated my home like it was their own. They answered my many questions and explained the install process from start to finish. Pricing was a bit high but equipment and service were top notch.
