Luke was extremely helpful and professional! He explained the issue and steps he took to repair. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

After 10 pleasant years of friendly courteous service, they no longer seem to care to provide the service I need. We have multiple tanks to fill and they feel it takes too long. They abruptly told me they would no longer deliver propane to me (My main tank was nearly empty during a cold spell with even colder weather expected) I can no longer recommend this company.

They are definitely committed to customer service. Response time is excellent. The clerical and technical staff is excellent. Honest people and reasonable prices.

Amazing Service! On a very, very hot and humid day and although they already had a booked up day they were kind enough to go to my 83 year old mother-in-law's house on a later Friday afternoon and fix her AC unit.

Will definitely be utilizing their services in the future!

Delivered propane when we were in a jam. Had pre-ordered from another company who said they would deliver but didn’t come through by the time they promised. We were at 5% (with an impending snow storm) when I called EF Laudenslager. They came the same day and filled our tank! Fantastic customer service!!!
