The owner came out promptly! We have 5 kids and our home was at 84 degrees. I told him I knew the unit was old and it would need replaced soon. Thomas didn’t try to force sales or sell me things I didn’t need. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. The unit is running great now and will make it through the hot season! Because he was so honest and had integrity I WILL be using them to replace the entire unit when the time comes. As a small business owner if I could give them 10 stars I would anyone who feels different is just being disingenuous period!

I found out my AC was broken on the first 90 degree weekend of the year 😓. TB Heating and Cooling saved the day! I called on a Saturday and they were able to make it to my house very quickly. They quickly found the issue and I had AC again! I would recommend TB Heating and Cooling to anyone who would like professional, timely service for a reasonable price!

A friend had his new AC installed by Tommy and highly recommended him to me. I am so grateful that he did! Tommy is on the ball! I’ve been getting frustrated with contractors not returning calls and trying to do the “bait and switch” routine. TB heating and cooling is a breath of fresh air, he is straight forward and does what he says he will do. I had absolutely no anxiety while working with him at all!! All the guys were professional and efficient. Tommy has even checked in to make sure I am completely happy. I am loving my new AC unit and will continue to use TB in the future and sing his praises to anyone that wants to listen!

I highly recommend TB Heating and Cooling. Our water heater broke and we were left with cold water. We contacted TB Heating and Cooling to see how quickly they could fix the issue for us. Tom got back to us right away and set up an appointment for a new water heater immediately. Whatever questions my husband and I had we would message him and he’d get back immediately. His communication is top notch. During installation he was prompt, professional and left the house just as he found it. He even checked our air conditioner before he left just to make sure it was working properly since it is a very old unit. Great service!

Tommy did an excellent job getting my climate controlled building up and running. He was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable AND he was on time. He knows his stuff!! Let me not forget that the pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

Tom, the owner, and his crew were all that is listed in these reviews and more. I am very pleased to say: No more big name HVAC companies for me!!!

As a professional remodeling contractor myself, I hired TB heating & cooling to replace my personal HVAC unit in my home. I have to say… they did an amazing job.
