Our Air Conditioner malfunctioned in July and needed a repair. TB Heating and Cooling was able to provide us with the earliest availability as well as the lowest pricing. Tommy arrived on-time and was able to diagnose and repair our A/C system in less than 1 hour. Additionally, his communication was great! After scheduling our appointment with him on the phone, we received updated texts and e-mails regarding our appointment, such as when he was on his way to our home as well as the invoice after the job was completed. TB Heating and Cooling also offers a maintenance package, which we have signed up for, to make sure that our heating and cooling systems are working effectively. We will continue to use TB Heating and Cooling in the future.

I highly recommend this company! Tommy is professional and honest, and his communication is excellent! He fixed our very old AC unit last summer and when it finally quit this summer he explained all of our options and worked with us to make sure we were getting just what we wanted for the best price! He and his crew were in and out in just a few hours, and we now have a nice cool house. We couldn’t be happier!

I called him with questions several times on his personal cell phone and he was always available! He even let us use 2 ac window units in the meantime and it helped us just so much! Tom and his team did amazing work for me and my family. Installed a new heat/AC unit. This man was also kind enough to give me electric heaters until he could come out and install the new system. Him and his team explained everything they where going to do and explained everything after it was installed.
