Tommy helped me this summer with changing out a broken thermostat. He was punctual and pleasant. He told me about their service plan and during my fall inspection he discovered a problem with my hot water heater. He recommended a new one and was here a week later with a new one. Very pleased with this company

Unit wasn't working. TB came out and took care of outside issue in 2 hours of rain. Appreciate the hardwork and dedication. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

I have lived in my city home in Lancaster for the last 2 and a half years. I used window units & didn’t even think about getting AC installed due to the money concern / that hassle of the install. Fortunately, I reached out to Tommy from TB heating & cooling regarding questions i had about the process. He came out in reasonable time to give me an estimate and answered any questions i had. I was nervous about this big home improvement process but he explained everything in detail & you could tell he was not only passionate about the work he does but he was also very knowledgeable. They helped us majorly. We are struggling right now as a family financially with our sons medical issues. These guys contacted me and said they wanted to help. Not only did they set up a completely new system for us they also stayed late to make sure it was working with all of our baseboard heaters. They went above and beyond to help us out both with the installation as well as financially with this! We are very thankful for this team and the work that they have done for us! These guys are the real deal all around both professionally and personally!
