TBH&C did their scheduled maintenance on our furnace and checked all systems to ensure we are ready for winter. They also installed an air purification system on short notice. Our AC died on us right at the beginning of summer. TB Heating & Cooling came out right away and installed four window units in the mean time until the new unit was delivered.

I was surprised with how fast these guys installed the outdoor unit and the indoor unit located in the attic. They did a really nice clean job, and even did a little landscaping around the outdoor unit!

The house feels amazing now, especially on these hot summer days, and we even hopped on the maintenance plan to ensure we are getting the most out of our new Rheem system!

Calling TB Heating & Cooling was the best decision I made. I’ve been with another Lancaster County company for several years and have always had my bi-annual maintenance and service la done by them. I never realized how much they pushed products and services on us until our whole Electric Heat Pump system went out and their whole goal seemed to be focused on replacing our system with every bell and whistle possible on top of the highest standard price. I called TB and it was an awesome experience at a stressful time; Tommy came within a half hour and inspected our whole system, laid out exactly what was needed, and was up front and honest about the price for what we ACTUALLY needed without trying to upsell or being overpriced. They came in and replaced our whole system inside and out; the guys were professional, timely, and did a phenomenal job! They’re all super knowledgeable, true experts, and most of all honest! They offer various service packages with different options, needless to say we cancelled our old agreement and will only do business with TB Heating & Cooling from now on, as well as recommending them to everyone we know.
