Great experience with Frey Lutz, from the initial conversation with our sales rep, Joe, all the way through installation. We were able to get an installation date in less than a week from when we signed the contract and Joe even dropped off window units to keep us cool until our new central AC could be installed, which was a lifesaver in 90 degree weather. Installers were friendly, professional and quick.

We called Frey Lutz to replace and A/C unit and Air-handler, and a A/C-Heat Pump with a Air-handler. Our previous systems installed by Frey Lutz had an amazing lifespan of 30 plus years. The staff at Frey Lutz were amazing to work with. From Joe K to Charlie and Jeremy there professionalism was great. Joe stayed in contact with us as we were waiting on one of the units to be delivered to the shop so that it could installed at my house. On installation day, Charlie and Jeremy were great they laid a drop cloth so that my carpet would not get damaged as they were moving equipment throughout the basement. Thank you for all of your hard work and helping making this a smooth installation.

The guys were amazing! They came in to give me an estimate on Monday and started the work that Thursday. They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. They did great work installing two new boilers for me. Now my heating system works better than ever. I highly recommend this company!
