I could not have asked for a better crew of guys to work with. Starting with the internal Joe Klazas all the way through to the installers Charles G and Jeremy R. What a fantastic team. They were here promptly in the morning and hit the ground running. I am so thrilled to have central air in my home. They took their time showing me how to work everything. I would highly recommend them. I couldn't be happier with my new system. THANK YOU FREY LUTZ!!!!

My husband and I great appreciate all Joe did so we could get our air conditioner replaced when others said they couldn’t help us till middle of august or September. We wish to thank all the guys Charlie and Jeremy Joe and any one else at Frey-Lutz that help us get a new Airconditiiner. Since ours died on us During these extreme hot days -(. But must say are Lennox it last us 17 Year’s God Bless it for taking care of us all those years) . I called at 2 and the field rep Josh was there by 3:30. Amazing service. Josh determined exactly what the problem was with my air conditioner. He had to run to Lancaster for a part and drove back through a nasty thunderstorm with heavy wind, rain and hail to come back at 5 to fix the air conditioner. I fully expected him to come the next day but he came back regardless of the time and weather. I was fully amazed by this delightful young man and his dedication to getting the job done! Kudos!!

Calling for yearly pm service for our HVAC unit was handle with professional and respect from Servicemen, Kevin S. He answer all our questions and offer suggestions for our HVAC unit. Would recommend this Frey Lutz Corporation and Kevin S. to neighbors, friends and family.
