Charlie and Jeremy were on time, pleasant and ready to work, even on the hottest day of the summer and knowing they would have to be in the attic at times. They were efficent, explained the system, and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and Joe followed up the next day, too he was great to work with through the whole process, and financing was a breeze. They were super sweet to our big pup, too! Thanks guys! Appreciate the hard work!

Our 15 year old Lennox Heat Pump basically quit on us Sunday, December 22nd and we learn on Monday that the cost to get our Heat Pump running was prohibitive. Monday afternoon I started calling HVAC installers to get estimates for replacing our Heat Pump. Of all of the companies that I called the most responsive was Frey Lutz's Joe Klazas.
Upon meeting Joe, I soon came to feel that he was more knowledgeable, more thorough, and more competent than all of the other estimators that provided us with estimates. We felt that the estimates that Joe provided us spoke volumes for Frey Lutz and sealed the deal for us. We were even more impressed when Joe sent us an e-mail introducing us with The Install Team, Charles G. and Jeremy R. When Charles and Jeremy arrived at our home, we felt that we already knew them. More impressive was when Charles told us that they would be at our home at 7:00 AM and they arrived at 6:55 AM. Charles and Jeremy were very professional and all business. We do not think that they even stopped for lunch. They started working at 7:00 AM and at 3:00 PM the entire installation was complete. The job that Charles and Jeremy did confirmed for us that we had made the right choice in choosing Frey Lutz. Thank you Joe, Charles, and Jeremy for a job well done.

I have had Frey Lutz instal and service my heating and AC units as well as my water heater. From placing the phone call into Frey Lutz to the end of the service call everyone has always been friendly and professional. Just today Sean Fasig worked on my water heater. This Technician quickel found out what the issues were, fixed them and explained what was wrong, what he did and why it needed done. All using terminology that a person could understand. I can’t say enough about this company and the professionals who work there. Sean Sure is one of them and you would say the same if you had the privilege of meeting him. I will always recommend Frey Lutz.

Sean F. does excellent plumbing work! He's knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Not only does he do the repair and/or installation that's necessary, but he also thoroughly explains the features and functions of the new equipment to the customer. Joe K. and Deb , at the office, get a customer service efficiency thumbs up, too.

The technicians did an exceptional job, they were very professional and did everything to code. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone.

We have been customers of Frey Lutz Corp for 25 years. Last evening our sump pump failed. We called late in the evening about 8:50 pm and received a call back within minutes from Sean F. We explained the problem to him and he arrived at our home about 40 minutes later. He made some adjustments and the pump was running. Within about an hour, the pump failed again, we called Sean and he returned and replaced the pump. He came back this morning to make some additional adjustments. He explained everything he did, was very courteous and thorough. We will continue to use Frey Lutz Corp. for all of our plumbing needs.

Josh was great. He was at my house the same morning I had called. Josh identified the problem with my central AC and had it fixed quickly for a fair price. I will definitely be using Frey Lutz again in the future.
