Ranck Plumbing, Heating, AC & Excavation

Had a water emergency recently and Ranck was great at helping me fix it. Called Ranck and a service tech was out to look at the problem within a couple of hours. Trace and Nick were excellent.
They were very nice and knowledgeable and worked hard to get my water up and running that same day.

We needed repair service in the heat of summer. Rob, Ryan and Alex were super in helping us. So professional and helpful. Alex did the repair and was a delight to work with. Recommend this company on highest level.

Recently, I moved to Lancaster and needing some company to service my Heating & C Cooling systems I called Ranck. From the very first person I spoke to I felt comfortable. The Technologist who came to check my systems were knowledgeable, and diligent as they worked. All my questions were answered. Very professionals.I am Very Satisfied with everything they did! So glad there’s a company I can call when I need service!

Ranck has done a good job with communicating as they work on projects for our non-profit, including email notification re appts. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. They were responsive when there was a delay. They do good work.

I would highly recommend Ranck for your plumbing needs. We had a burst outdoor faucet pipe that I didn't properly winterize. Didn't realize it until aweek ago. Tech was super awesome, he made the repairs and then patiently and thoroughly explained how to avoid this in the future. 2 thumbs up!

We just had an incredible experience with Ranck. We were having issues with drainage that first showed up as a washing machine problem. I called and they sent out their washing machine guy, Mike, who quickly noted it was beyond his scope. He set us up with an appointment first thing the next day with the correct tech who could help us with systemic sewer issues and did not charge us for the dispatch since they'd be following up. The sewer tech, Tom, was fantastic, kept us in the loop with what was going on, and went way above and beyond, including going to get the necessary equipment which was in use elsewhere at 4pm, despite having started the day at 8:30am. He stayed til the job was done and solved our problem. Will definitely be using again!
