We are so pleased with how installation went! We had an entirely new heating and air conditioning system installed with a whole house humidifier, a new thermostat and a new, larger water heater. The team was here early, offered explanations as they went, worked around our whole family being home that day, and just worked so seamlessly with each other. We were expecting the project to possibly take a second day, and they finished it in one. I would absolutely recommend Quinn and his team again to anyone.

Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. Did a great job on several projects for us. He kept me updated on the process and exactly what he was doing. Most important was the information he gave me on how to reset and replenish our acid neutralizer in the future. Very helpful!

Returned home from a party to find our water heater gushing water in our basement. We were lucky that Tom was on call for the weekend. He responded promptly, was able to turn the water off, gave us a quote to install a new water heater the following day- a Sunday! He arrived promptly, installed a new water heater with upgrades, and while here, even fixed a minor problem with our powder room toilet. He is a gem and we will definitely request him for future projects.
