Cool-It Heating & Air Conditioning

We've used them for a few years to clean and do testing on our furnace. But on fri dec 7 2018, they guy who came here for that really screwed us. He said our circuit board was dying a slow death. And wouldn't leave until we had heat. Now our system was intermittent up to then. He said he was going to jump some wires and we would have heat controlled by the thermostat, but the fan would stay running. When he got upstairs with his tablet to bill us the circuit breaker tripped. He reset it, and came back up, it tripped again, so he un did it. Billed us and left, but I heard the 2 in line fans running and stopped him.. he fixed it. Ahh for 5 mins. They started running again, and we were left without heat. Plus he left a mess, panels were not put back on, screws missing etc. And the wiring was a mess. I have pics of it all. I will now have to call another company to fix his mess. Plus the owner Bill told my wife one thing and then me another. Never again. Run away.

Not everyone knows about oil furnaces, but the guys a Cool-It do. Had mine cleaned for the season, running with high efficiently now. Service with polite and thorough.

Ian was courteous and thorough. Answered my many questions and even taught me how to change the heater filter. Ran many tests, replaced filters and cleaned up afterward.

We recently moved and Cool-it came out to ensure our A/C unit was running as efficiently as possible for an older unit. Techs are very friendly and transparent about the units that they are servicing. Thanks again

Expensive and arrogant. Owner likes to laugh about how much he overcharges. If you don't mind paying $300/hr, give them a call. Falsely charged my credit card as well!
