Responsive company. We recently purchased a new house and initially cold called Cool It after our home warranty completely failed to address the issue, a leaking gas line. Cool It immediately treated it like an emergency, sent someone out same day and got it resolved. We were so impressed we called them again to perform heater maintenance and they again sent someone out the next day. The technician was knowledgeable and took extra time to explain proper use and maintenance of our heating system.

When I called they were very receptive and easy to talk to about what was going on with my heater and were able to get me in for service quickly. The techs arrived early and were quick to make the repair. They weren't pushy and got the job done and made sure everything was working well before they charged me and headed out.
Overall a very good experience. Price was better than some other quotes and the service was great. No complaints.

Cool It does excellent work. I have had multiple services done by them. They are always on time and very professional. Have a service contract with them for my heat and air units. It is very convenient! They always call me to set up all my maintenance visits.

New indoor and outdoor air conditioning units were installed. It was a three-day job. The service was very professional, knowledgeable and excellent every day. I highly recommend Cool-It Heating and Air for both air and heating needs. They also have a service plan that gives discounts for installs and regular service calls.

If you break something while your fixing it you should fix it and pay for it don’t charge the customer it’s your fault!

Thank goodness for Ian from Cool-it. We're in the middle of the winter storm and the heater won't stay on. I couldn't get a hold of anyone who would come out to help. Thankfully Google showed me Cool-it. I called and they came in no time. Very nice and fixed the heater in no time. Thank you so much! You definitely have a new customer!

The technician arrived and introduced himself. When Ian came in the house he stopped at the door and immediately put on foot covers to protect our carpets. He explained what he was going to do so I was up to speed on his process.
He explained what he did and answered all my questions. I really appreciated his professionalism and his taking the time to explain everything to me. Great service visit!

Delco local here. I had Cool It replace my heater and air conditioning unit this April (2017). Bill and his team were prompt and courteous. They gave me a great price and did the quickly and professionally. They had a can do attitude when I asked for supply lines in two different rooms. They had good follow up after the project was complete. They have financing available at a fair rate.
