Cool-It Heating & Air Conditioning

Have been using them for past 4yrs and they have been there everytime I needed them. Protect your floors and techs are very pleasant as well as office personal and of course Bill himself. We are in this for the long haul.

Bill, Nick and Tori were such a pleasure to do business with. My AC unit in my office (Holy Trinity Lutheran Church) went out last week. I called Cool It on 7/11 to order a new unit. Tori called me this morning (7/18) to schedule the install. Nick and Bill came out and replaced my unit! I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this team! I am thankful for all of you and your diligent work! Thank you so much!

Needed air conditioning maintenance and a few concerns addressed. Arrived on time, wore shoe covers, explained his next steps and completed his maintenance procedures. Addressed our concern and said that air conditioner is functioning properly. Explained “Cool plan” to me and I accepted.

Had this company install a new furnace/ hot water heater/ central air/ and additional ducts. They did great work at one of the best prices and have used this company for seasonal tune ups ever since. Very professional and polite technicians every time they have been out to my residence. I would recommend them to anybody looking for this type of HVAC work.

I have been using Cool-It since 2012 when they installed my residential heatpump. Every year I have received nothing but exception service for the Fall/Spring tuneups, with no failure/outages during the heating or cooling seasons.

Cool-It is my long time HVAC service provider. Satisfactory in every way, beginning with installation in 2014. Cool-It made sensible and reasonably priced recommendations for replacement of my old and out of date equipment that substantially improved the heating and cooling of my four story townhouse. (Tall and narrow, , little vertical circulation) Semiannual maintenance has been easy. I believe HVAC systems need maintenance just like cars need oil changes!.

The owner answered his phone @ 7:25 am and by noon the technician was finishing up the repair on my air conditioner. There were heavy rains and flash flood warnings all around until 10:30 am. They fit the repair in a small opening in the weather before it started raining again. Great service!

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Explained all the options in full and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. Super responsive to calls. Great experience overall!
