Cool-It Heating & Air Conditioning

Everyone at cool it was great from start to finish. The receptionist got me an appt. early the morning after I called between 9-11am. They showed up at 9:30 installed a new thermostat drained the lines and got my heat running right away at a reasonable price. The owner is a very nice and I will be using them again in the future.

Great experience with this company. I had issues with the heater right after moving in to a new house- communication was immediate, they came out very promptly and were able to replace the faulty part. Very courteous, took appropriate covid precautious, and upfront about costs, etc. I will definitely use them again!

It was a terrific experience to use with Cool It for our AC installation in Media. Everyone was a pleasure to work with—from Theresa, the office manager, to Tyler and Jacob, who did much of the dirty work, to Bill, the owner, who was often on site working alongside the guys, mentoring, and providing a high level of quality control. The technician was prompt, courteous and explained what need to be fixed with the heater. I also have a tankless hot water heater that gets maintenance once a year to help keep it running smoothly. Highly recommend this company. Have been using them for years.

Bill and his team have always be knowledgeable, on time, clean and a great value. They installed our system 8 years ago and have continued to be our go to resource for repairs and maintenance. Fortunately we don't see them often, thanks to the quality products!

I was very pleased by the extreme care Cool-It’s staff used when routing the new piping through my basement. They were able to install all of their piping without damaging one iota of the drywall ceiling below them.

Our system was installed over two years ago and we have never had an issue. We have an annual service contract with Cool-It and they could not be nicer or more flexible with scheduling.
