I had John as my technician and he was on time, helpful, answered all of my questions and very patient. Definitely a great value company here!

Our heater went out this morning and with a newborn at home, we needed it repaired asap. Val made it to our house quickly and took care of the issue in no time. Great service, reasonably priced and very responsive. Will be using again.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable, totally professional and personable. I wasn't schedule, but I had a BIG problem. My AC stopped working in 90 degree weather. I needed immediate help. I was told that there was no guarantee that they would be able to make it that day. Within hours, not days, hours they came out and the problem was resolved.

Needed emergency assistance with water heater, dispatcher got me in touch with Valentino, very helpful, he dispatched Gary Chan who got to the house in less than an hour and repaired gas line, valve and hood vent quickly and efficiently. Gary could not have been more pleasant to deal with and I would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

These guys were amazing. We had to convert from hot water baseboard to forced air in a home with very limited ductwork. They made it work! We haven't been this comfortable in years. Val is awesome and Gary is an absolute ductwork wizard! Very personable and professional.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Infinite and Valentino. We had an issue with our heating system wasn't pumping out hot air and we have infant babies at home. Valentino came out on a Sunday evening and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and professionally. About a month later my mother in-laws 33 year old furnace had an issue and they were able to repair that too, without trying to push her into buying a new system.

Before you start any HVAC work make sure to call Val. Did a complete electric to natural gas conversion in my home. Work was timely, thorough and gave updates everyday as to status and progression to completion. Also extremely willing to work to find the right system for my home and also the best price of all the quotes I got
