We had a wonderful experience with Infinite Mechanical. They did work in our basement and as they were doing the work discovered and found an additional issue that we were unaware of, notified us immediately and asked if we wanted it to be fixed. They are very efficient and great people. I would definitely recommend and work with them again in the future!

Today is my 2nd service call with them. John(1st) and Gary(2nd) - both are excellent in their work area in addition to that very patient and explained us what the issue is. About the $$, fair price quoted on both calls. There is a phrase(forgot exactly) - finding the problem is much difficult, but solution may be very simple... THAT is why we need professionals like John n Gary. YES i recommend INFINITE to my friends... I got their contact from a friend too.

We had a heating issue the other morning, I called Val early afternoon and in a half hour, he sent John out to assess the problem. Prior to arrival, John sent an email with his photo and then followed up with a phone call to make sure I knew he would be arriving soon. John was very professional, fixed the problem very quickly and even asked to say "hi" to our dogs...who seemed to really like him (and nothing is better than dog approval!). John and Val were great to work with!! I want to thank them and I highly recommend them!!!! I will definitely call them again!!

We are always happy with the service and quality we receive from Infinite Mechanical. Val and Gary are awesome, friendly and there when you need them. They take the time to explain everything before they perform the work. We were having issues with our heating system. The issue was caused by work done before by another company. They responded immediately to our call and Val said he’ll swing by on the way back from another job. Val made it his mission to troubleshoot and figure out the not so forward issue we were having. They followed up with us to make sure that our heat was working properly and our family was ok. I highly recommend their services.
