When our radiant heating sprung a leak under our slab. Val and his crew were able to reroute our heat till we could install a new HVAC unit. Price was good and there service was top notch Gary can make anything work. We had one of the hardest house they worked on, Our returns were too small and we work together to feed the beast. I have worked with Val for at least the s]last 15 years. My wife and I can't be happier now we have heat and you need to where a jacket in the summer its so cold.

I hired Infinite in a pinch after the original subcontractor could not make the schedule agreed upon. Glenn was all over it from minute one! Not only did he have pricing and paperwork in my hands but they were on time everyday until the project was done.

I was highly impressed with the technology they use as well to keep their clients up to date. I received a mail everyday stating they were on the way and I was able to click on the link to see who and where they were.

We were 3 weeks from settlement and our rooftop city row home AC went. We wanted to make sure that we were in good faith with our buyers but thought the system was gone. It was also an added problem that it was on the roof a previous installment by the people we bought the house from. We had been having trouble getting services to get on the roof and so far hadn’t received news that it was reparable. Dane and Gary from Infinite arrived and got right to work diagnosing and fixing the problem despite difficulty getting on the roof based on our house setting. They even had some future options for the buyer to keep it going for years.The AC has been working great and we have had no more issues. Dane and Gary were professional and friendly. I’d highly recommend Infinite.

Our heat had been acting up and we finally called at 8pm one night. Valentino answered and had someone out within the hour! Our outside unit was frozen over and our emergency heat wasn't working. Within 24 hours they were able to order the part and install it just in time for the weekend and we were so thankful! Very trustworthy, professional, and respectful! Definitely recommend and will use in the future! They called with a quote of the price the next morning and updated us throughout the day. Highly, highly recommend!

John at Infinite Mechanical did a great job with his professionalism and politeness. I could tell he is very knowledgeable as well due to his years of experience. He tuned-up my HVAC system and provided me with recommendations (without nickel and diming me on unnecessary up-charges). Upfront/honest and a stand-up guy!

They came out quickly when our AC went down in the middle of summer heatwave and got us back up and running. John (the tech) was great at explaining the issue, the fix, and walking me through the invoicing details. Fair price for great work

I called because our ice machine stopped producing ice. It was discovered on a day we were not in full operation. We needed our ice machine to be able to be up and running for our bar and restaurant the next day. Infinite came thru. Michael was very pleasant and professional. It didn't take long for him to find the problem and make the appropriate fix to get us up and running. He also performed the semi-annual maintenance on the machine. One thing that was an even better surprise is he let me know the machine was still in warranty so the repair is covered! Thanks Michael!

The fan motor replacement was done by Harley Baker, a true professional in every sense. He has a very can do attitude and puts one’s mind at ease. I also noticed his many tools, etc., were very well organized- no multiple trips back to the truck.
I think the job was expensive but I suppose everyone thinks that way.
I do suggest the office review their answering system. It’s very hard to reach someone and especially hard just to leave a message.
All considered I am pleased with the repair.

I called the company and they sent same-day service and fixed my commercial oven, letting me open it for service. Val and Dane were both very humorous and lovely, and fixed my problem with my oven in under an hour while giving me good advice on future oven maintenance. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
