Truthfully a great and professional company. My heater furnace went down and call the company immediately. They came out the same day to evaluate it. Technician was absolutely professional, friendly and very informative. He told me what my options were in fixing the problem in a clear simply way. They came back the next day to install a new heater. Those technicians that installed the new heater were also very professional and on time. Installed it pretty fast and also cleaned after themselves. I was very happy with the entire process. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Recommend to everyone basically.

I recently had a new furnace installed by Fahrenheit and they were excellent throughout the process. Rob came out and did our initial evaluation and was incredibly patient throughout the process and explained in detail everything that I needed to know. The installation itself was quick and clean and the team did a great job. This is the second major installation I've had done by Fahrenheit (AC last year) and I'll continue to use them in the future for sure.

Our furnace developed issues on a very cold winter night, leaving us in a terrible situation. The only two places that we could get to respond were Fahrenheit and Horizon. Both came out, and both gave the same assessment. The furnace was shot and needed to be replaced. Horizon wanted upwards of $7000+ to install a new one, and wanted to send out a comfort consultant to go over all of the options, a process that would take 1.5 hours in and of itself (all while the temp in the house was dropping)! Fahrenheit gave us a quote of $4000 total cost for the new furnace and installation, with a great warranty, including 2 years of free maintenance on both the furnace AND our AC unit! We went with Fahrenheit and they showed up promptly at 7:50am the next morning (earlier than they said!) and went straight to work. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and the new furnace was up and running in about 3 hours. We are very happy with the Fahrenheit staff. The on call responder was very courteous, and got us financing ON THE SPOT, making all the calls right from our dining room table. We were approved in minutes. The crew that installed cleaned up after the job and did a good job with the installation, answering all of my questions before they left. Even the office staff was polite when I had a follow up question the next day. Very happy with their work and the company overall.

Received on-site quote hours after I called. Great price and they installed 2 new heating systems the next day. The installation crew did a great job and left the area cleaner than when they started. Could not be happier.

Had an amazing experience with this company. My water heater broke and they fit me in immediately. Josh came right on time. Nice guy, very knowledgeable. Removed my old water heater and replaced with a new one in a very timely manner. Clean, efficient job. Spent time to walk me through and explain the product. Great, fair pricing and an overall wonderful experience. Their contribution to St. Jude just adds to the class. Can’t thank these guys enough for making this a smooth process. Our heater stopped working on us and Rob came out to the house so fast. being an older home we had to replace everything and he had his team out the very next day. They showed up on time and were both polite and efficient. Would 100% recommend their services!

I just had my heater serviced from Fahrenheit, who sent out hvac techs, Zach and John. They changed my filters and serviced my heater; now its running great and no longer has a weird odor. Both techs were very professional and explained the importance of maintenance and replacing my filters (i know nothing about HVAC). Even though the heater was installed right before i moved in and under a different owner, I love doing business with this company. They honor their work, and they are very diligent, professional, and flexible with time. Will definitely recommend Fahrenheit to future customers.

We had a Hot Water Heater Replacement by Fahrenheit. It couldn't have gone smoother! We got A free (on site) quote first, the guy was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. They let us pick the date and time for the install. The three installers were very professional. They did a great job, were clean, and answered all my questioned with a little summary at the end. They even Called back a week later to make sure nothing was leaking and that I was happy! Above and beyond service! I would definitely recommend Fahrenheit!

My heater went just before the start of the cold season. I called Fahrenheit because they installed my Air Conditioner earlier in the year. They were very prompt in responding, came out immediately, and gave me the various options for the AC, which was installed within 2 days. When it came time for the heater, I called them in the morning, Rob came out and gave me some options, and it was going to be installed the next day. About an hour later, I got a call from Fahrenheit, and theysaid it would be installed later that afternoon. What excellent service, and professionalism in the visit to explain everything, and also the technicians who came out to install it. With a new AC and heater this year, I won't be needing them but I do have 2 years worth of spring and fall inspections on the units, just as a checkup, included with their contract. Also, their pricing was very fair and reasonable. My old HVAC contractor, when my AC went just before the start of the season in the spring, gave me a very insulting offer for a new unit (Like $2,000 plus higher than the other contractors). Bottom line, I am glad I chose Fahrenheit, and you will be too.
