My HVAC system was not working because of the blown out fuse because I was trying to install Google nest thermostat and two wire was touching each other. I called Fahrenheit on Saturday evening and the guy came in on Sunday morning and the guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed it in just a few minutes. I was very satisfied with his service.

I am VERY discerning when it comes to customer service, and from the first call to the end of my appointment (and the follow up calls) I was impressed. I called and Mike was so sweet, he was understanding and very kind. We got my appointment on the books and Rob came to repair my AC and it ended up being a bigger job than I had anticipated, but I was very pleased with the professionalism and the reasonable rates. It felt like a company I could trust who cared about me and cared about doing their job right. They even called me a few days later to make sure that everything was running OK and I was pleased with my service! I will 100% recommend this company and be using them in the future! John (Jack) Dillion was the service technician who replaced a shutoff valve on a hotwater tank. He also replaced a section of wall smoke pipe for gas hotwater heater. He was very courteous, friendly & professional. I highly recommend Sila.

We have used Fahrenheit several times over the past couple of years and they're awesome. We have two HVAC systems in the house. Last year, peak summer heat, the first system died. They came promptly and explained what it would take to try to fix it vs. replace. We replaced with an awesome efficient, way quieter system. We knew our second system would go eventually, but we were able to get another year of life out of it. Once again, Fahrenheit to the rescue! They were able to replace our second system during this year's heat wave. They are always super prompt responding and *actually return calls* - I hate chasing home maintenance repair professionals or getting routed through a million dispatchers to the point that I don't even know who I am talking to. No chasing here. They also show up when they say they will and are great at communicating by phone and text. I've recommended them to several friends!

This fraud wrote on my google review to contact him but when I called him, he said his manager will call me back. But his manager never called me back. Before this all another guy called me & after knowing the issue he said he will call back & want to resolve the issue but he also did not called me back. Actually on the name of contract many service companies are looting common people in USA. Either the service company do not complete their task or they will provide you with poor quality job once they will get money from you. Also on the name of deposit they are trapping you. Never recommend this fraud company they will install cheap system to your house after charging you money for a costly system. A have file a complaint against this company in state. Hopefully they will take action against this company soon.
Even after losing case in the court of " consumer protection bureau" and admitting all the faults this fraud manager neither fixed problems nor paid any compensation. Attorney General cannot force & so this fraud got acquitted. Totally shameless & liar

It's a big investment, removing an old old furnace, installing a new furnace, a new central AC, and a mini split -- so of course I sought out 3 estimates. My final decision was so easy to make, thanks to the assertive, proactive, and thorough assessment and estimate by Rob and Matt at Fahrenheit. But the good news and quality didn't stop there. The Team that performed the work were simply outstanding. And these aren't just words, because I then recommended Fahrenheit to a friend for AC who also ended up using Fahrenheit and was just as satisfied and happy as I was / am. We recently purchased a home and the old heater quickly broke. We needed new pipes and a new heating system. Fahrenheit was able to come the next day and replace the entire system and did a wonderful job. Everything works great and the employees were very helpful and explained everything they did and how the whole system works. We would highly recommend them.

Fahrenheit was so quick and professional. They sent someone out within just an hour or two of us asking for a quote. Their employee was very thorough and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand and dealt with going back and forth between me and my husband, who was at work. The installation happened a few days later. The technicians were prompt and courteous and went over everything when they were done. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this company to anyone. My unit was broken for over a year. I knew the heatwave was coming so I called different companies for a few days and had no luck because I needed the problem fixed ASAP and their technicians couldn’t come out right away. I called Fahrenheit and they were able to get a technician out with 24 hours . He was very professional and timely. He took a look at my unit and knew it wasn't going to be a quick fix (I had a really bad leak ) so he called his boss and Rob came out within 30 minutes to discuss my options. Now my unit had a warranty which covered the parts NOT the labor. My unit was also in a bad location which didn’t help the situation. Lastly, the unit was a Goodman which has terrible reviews. We decided it would be best for me to get a new system and start fresh. Although the price was higher than what I wanted I was paying for great quality service as well. I was able to finance the new system which only cost $132 a month. I got a 10 year warranty and free service for 2 years . The technicians were quick and they cleaned up afterwards. I received several calls after my system was installed making sure I was satisfied and comfortable. Overall I had a seamless and satisfying experience with Fahrenheit.

Fahrenheit was quick and efficient when it came to diagnosing my heater. They clearly explained to me the problem and my options. I had to replace my entire heater. They arrived the very next morning and the install was quick and professional....They took the time to explain everything that was installed and showed me how to use the heater and brand new thermostat that was installed!!! They are my new go to for all my HVAC needs!!! Great job!!!
