Reeves promptly sent a technician to our home to address a furnace issue. The issue was not resolved on the first visit, but they sent another technician out that evening who identified the issue. They did not charge me the on-call fee and identified the issue. They sent a hard working Army veteran to complete the work on the next day. He worked hard until late on a Friday night to get our issue fixed. I would continue to do business with Reeves.

Great customer service! Always someone there to answer the phone, and after horrible service with Home Depot and a water heater that only lasted 6 years, we decided to buy one from Reeves. Troubleshot the heater and were in and out by the end of the business day. Scott and Chuck were great! Highly recommend!.

Excellent service for gas line modification for kitchen stove. Technician Drew, did a fine job assessing how to deal with tight fit plumbing in the joist area and was able to relocate our gas line, with new valve, to ensure a nice fit with our new stove. We had a counter depth problem and the relocation work was the solution. Would highly recommend Reeves.

Chuck came to help me with my plumbing issues. He was prompt and fast, even gave me suggestions on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Upon calling Reeves, they kept in touch and made sure someone came to my house even though they were super busy. Would recommend and use again.

Made a call for service on a Saturday for Monday morning, received a call early and had Phil, our service tech here within 25 minutes. He was extremely thorough, and explained everything wonderfully. We are new customers for Reeves Plumbing and had a wonderful experience. I really appreciate how patient and professional Chuck was when he came over to fix our kitchen sink. He was informative and told me of possible future concerns. He told me of good products and proper maintenance practices (I guess I had been doing a lot of things the wrong way---oops!). I also think the pricing was more than fair for the amount of work that was done. I will certainly use this company in the future! Tony was amazing and quick to complete the job. Replaced parts I didn't even know were a problem and was very thorough. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done. Will use their company again!

Our kitchen sink, and disposal, was clogged and we called Reeves Plumbing & Heating. Mike came out and fixed it for us and did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Then, we asked him to replace the drain stopper in our bathroom. He did that as well, and did a great job.

Reeves has been our go to plumber for the last 10 years. They have been reliable and efficient as well as affordable. Their workmanship has been top-notch. Most recently I have had a furnace/air conditioner replacement as well as bathroom gut for a remodel and was not disappointed. In the latter job, Matt and his assistant's work were professional and showed their knowledge of the trade. Lastly, they take care to make sure that the job site is clean when the project is completed.

Can't thank Chuck and Dave with Reeves enough. Had a bit water leaking in 2 hours replaced and all set. Great service on a Sunday to boot. Very flexible with options and walking me through an unknown process. Highly recommend.
