Very timely and professional technicians. Great job!

Twice now, Reeves has come to our aid with plumbing issues. One was a major problem that they handled quickly. Another was what thankfully turned out to be a smaller problem. In both cases, the plumbers were knowledgable and - to me - seemed fairly priced for the work and skill they provided. When this second incident happened, we did not hesitate to make our only call to Reeves. They were able to get us into a busy schedule and fix the problem.

Tech was extremely polite and timely. However, by the end of the service call, the job was changed multiple times. Each time, the price changed. By the time it was due to pay, even the tech didn’t know what he was charging me for. I asked for an itemization and still have not received one. No one could tell me if I was paying an installation fee(for a dishwasher and disposal) or an hourly fee. I called and asked to speak to management to clarify the charges and never received a call back. I think the company should have been able to itemize specifically the charge for each appliance that was installed and any service fee /labor fee charged. Instead I just received a bill for the total due with a summary of the work done. The tech also took 4 hours to install these appliances.
Very frustrating. Will not use again.

We've finally found the right company to get the job done RIGHT! After years of plumbing problems and short term fixes, Reeves figured out where the problem was, showed us and explained it so we understood what needed to be fixed. We appreciated their quick response, efficient work and feeling like they were invested in what our family needed. Each one of the men who were here to help were kind and made us confident our problems are finally fixed. Thanks Reeves! Since we don't expect any plumbing problems, we'll see you when our air conditioner needs help.

When I called and made the appointment, they came to our house in a timely manner. The tech was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He replaced what we needed & I felt that they charged a reasonable rate for the job done. I will definitely call them for the next heating/plumbing job! Thank-you!!

Called Reeves to come fix a broken pipe during a snow storm. Chris and Tony showed up a few hours later and had it fixed quickly! Reeves provides prompt and professional service with a cost given up front so as not to be surprised in the end. Would highly recommend!

I had Reeves do a job for me today. When technician left I was not happy with something that happened. It was not the work that was done. That was done to my satisfaction. In a couple of hours Jeremy Reeves called me and the problem was solved to everyone's satisfaction. I was very impressed that he called...I never expected to hear from anyone. I would recommend Reeves Plumbing to anyone looking for a company that does the job correctly and also really cares about the customer being satisfied and happy. This is rare in today's world.

On one of the coldest days of the year, they sent us Drew to fix our furnace. Very professional and took the time to explain our issues. Drew didn't just try to sell us something we didn't need yet. Very thorough and got us up and running! We are very grateful!.

Called them they came right away and resolved our problem the very next morning was at our house all day . No more leaks Chuck was very polite telling and showing us everything they needed to do to fix our problem. Kudos to Reeves plumbing for everything they did to help us out

Reeves was at my house for an emergency leak very quickly; were very professional and had a sense of humor since I was swearing at my pipes. Job was done very fast and done right! I would highly recommend. I guess that's why they have 5 stars!!
