Employees are very unprofessional they had an employee party at the Erie downtown BrewErie and they made several of their employees very uncomfortable… I witnessed them trying make moves on the waitresses and you could tell the young girls seemed uncomfortable also at the end I seen one of the men approach a young lady im hoping over 18 vacuuming and proceeded to try to talk to her and I could visibly see the man was drunk the girl looking so uncomfortable had a manager come over to help the situation when he touched the younger females arm and walked away… if you ask me if you are in public and doing something for a company you should not act like this and this behavior is unacceptable. You know who you are

I have worked with Reeves plumbing in the past. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Tony was absolutely fantastic. Our heater would not turn on and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way. This was an emergency call and they were able to get back to me within 10 minutes to be able to send someone out. In the best part of all is that the bill was very reasonable. I would recommend Reeves plumbing and heating to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and attention we have received as a former potential customer. I called Monday morning and was able to get a same day appointment for a leaking pipe; I also requested some quotes on multiple other projects. The technicians came but said they were unable to fix the pipe as the parts store was closed. We proceeded to walk through my home and go through a long list of projects we are planning to complete. The technician did not take any notes walking through my home even when I asked if all the requests would be included in the quote - he assured it would and that I would receive a quote the next day (Tuesday). It took multiple calls from myself to receive a quote late Friday that was lacking the majority of projects requested and a fix for the leak we called about in the first place.

Reeves plumbing is absolutely amazing. We had an unexpected issue with our plumbing and didn't know who to call. My husband found this company and thank goodness he did. They were timely and very professional. They had everything figured and provided some education to help prevent the issue in the future. We had Tony and Josh help us out and they were the absolute best. So professional and pleasant to work with. If we ever have issues again, we will definitely be using them!

Called on a Saturday afternoon and Tony was at the house within an hour. We tried drain cleaner & snaking the clog ourselves & failed. He had the drain unclogged well within an hour, will definitely use in the future. Responsive, professional and knowledgeable.

Chuck was quick to return my phone call, arrive at my residence, repair the problem, and explain in great details what the issues were. Would definitely recommend.

We are moving and need a gas grill disconnected so the moving company can transport it to the new home. I received a voice mail at 4:48 pm the afternoon before the day of the move from ‘Dan’ telling me that they did not finish their in process jobs that they will need to finish tomorrow and they will NOT be at my job/appointment. On his message, he offered to reschedule me the following week, but that is not possible…the movers will be gone and I cannot transport the grill myself. I cannot comment on their quality of work because they basically left me out in the cold.

Tony came to our house to fix our kitchen sink that was leaking. He was very professional. Explained what was wrong. Was on time. I would definitely use Reeves Plumbing again.

Drew was very helpful on explanation of my furnace issues. Price was reasonable. Gave me several quotes for future replacements. Really works to help you find a comfortable level of payment. Great customer service.
