Josh from Reeves was great! Friendly & knowledgeable-checked several areas to identify the problem & explain our options! Tested finished work & made sure we were satisfied (bonus! completely cleaned work area before he left!) So thankful for the Reeves referral from my co-worker! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Reeves Plumbing and Heating are the best! I wouldn’t choose any other plumbers! We had a leak repaired in our shower and after a couple of days, it started to leak again. Josh, from Reeves came out and realized that the new cartridge that was replaced in the shower valve was faulty. After installing a new cartridge, the leak was gone! Thank you Reeves and awesome job Josh! I would 100% recommend Reeves for any of your plumbing needs!

Reeves is always wonderful to work with.....This is the second time I've used Reeves. They were extremely professional. He sent Chris out, who explained the equipment I would need, cost, and time it would take to fix. He was very knowledgeable about the company and services, scheduled the job within the next day, and was able to complete the work in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend Reeves for all of your heating and plumbing needs!

Called Reeves when my hot water tank gave out. They were able to come the next day and called me to say they could come a little earlier than the time frame given. The technician, Rob, was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things and answered my questions. I have used Reeves before and have always had great service. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Professional and courteous on multiple visits by multiple visits by plumbers. Contact center was great to work with and get things scheduled. Top notch work and they went out of their way to get job done with minimal impact to other areas.

We had Tony and Drew both here working on a burst pipe issue, could not have asked for better service. They are both very professional, helpful and prompt. They took the time to explain everything that had happened and treated us like people and were very reasonable with their quotes and final pricing. Highly recommend these guys!!

I can't say enough how awesome Reeve's staff are! Respectful, friendly, and helpful from the very first phone call to the most recent service request. Initial quote and install staff were courteous about wearing masks and patient with all of our questions about our install. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely be calling them in the future for service and other future plumbing/heating needs!

Went to do the laundry on Sunday to find water around the basement trap, the drain overflowed, and the toilets now not flushing. Called and had to wait about 90 minutes as they were one another job. Drew and Clayton came out and did a great job snaking and trimming roots in the pipes. Both guys were super polite, wore masks, and socially distanced. Were very pleased with the service and will consider them again for normal repairs.
