Drew came out to replace our sump pump and inspect our furnace. He explained everything as he went along. It was well worth the money and we will absolutely be using them for our future needs. Would recommend.

Our hot water tank went out on a Saturday morning. Chuck at Reeves came out right away (less than an hour) to check it out and gave us a great price when we ended up needing a new one. We really appreciated the quick response and great care he took in getting us a good deal on a tankless heater. Chris and Tony came out to install the tankless heater, as well as new piping, in record time. They were very professional and kept me up-to-date on the process. They took the time to make sure we knew how to work the new system when they were done. Reeves does a great job!

We liked everything Reeves has done for us so far. The first time at the beginning of January Kyle came out and went over everything in the house and gave us suggestions to keep our furnace running. We did buy a furnace from them today and Ray and another person came out and were very nice and did a much quicker job than I expected. We are very pleased with what they did and we will certainly call on them again if the need arises.

Reeves offers quick, clear, and professional service. The folks on the phone were courteous, clear, and responsive. Dan helped me to quickly schedule service and even worked with me on the price. Scott the technician offered friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and clean service. He replaced a faulty shower cartridge, a hose faucet, and washing machine faucets, installed new shut-off valves, removed a leaky saddle valve, and replaced aging steel pipes with copper lines so that my house is now in the 21st century (at least with plumbing) -- all in one day! Great working with this folks. I'll most likely turn to them first if my water heater or HVAC ever go. Thanks!

My furnace stop working over the weekend. Reeve's is available 24/7 and they sent Drew out within 90 minutes to diagnose the problem. Upon review it was determined the gas valve was faulty and unfortunately with it being the weekend was not going to be a easy fix. I decided to hold of until during the week so it would be more cost efficient. I was thinking it would be sometime mid-week but upon my surprise Drew showed back up Monday morning with the part. He took the extra step in securing the part over the weekend so the repair could be done as soon as possible. Thank you Drew!

Called Reeves for our hot water tank not working. Nick was our technician that arrived on the call. Nick went through all options with my wife and I and helped us decide on a new 50 gallon hot water tank. Nick was extremely polite, and well spoken. Nick did a great job installing the tank and was the neatest and most organized tech we have ever had in our home. Highly recommend Reeves plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing service, and especially recommend their service tech Nick as he was AWESOME!!! Thanks Nick!!
