It took me awhile to find the right plumber after moving to Erie 10 years ago. We've had a lot of issues and hit and misses with the jobs done at our home. Reeves Plumbing has provided us with excellent service. Their personnel are all well trained and thorough and they always talk to us about everything before any job we hire them for. We have had them here many times for jobs in our bathrooms and rerouting our water heating system to a single device. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of workmanship you get with them on any job. I highly recommend Reeves Plumbing.

Chuck and the team at Reeves does a great job! They are highly professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job on our tankless water heater from start to finish. We just had Chuck replace our kitchen faucet and he did a fantastic job! I would recommend them for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

I told them they needed to be done by 2 p.m. I was told they would call between 8 and 9 in the morning, they did not.They gave me a window between noon and 2 p.m.. We canceled at 1:45.Sorry does not cut it, very unprofessional.

Sewer back up in Main line. Tech came out and tried to snake and couldn't get through. Said next step was to dig up and gave us a quote of $6445! Tried to rush us to schedule too. Actually wrote on receipt that after snaking next step "dig up"! Did not use a camera to actually see the problem! I'm a lay person and I know u don't just dig. Called another company for second opinion. They used a Camera and sucked out the rocks that were clogging it! No dig up for $6445 needed! I left a message for manager to call me, day and a half later no call! Do not use Reeves! Thought with these rating they'd be good, MUST be fake reviews. And they charge 60$ more than the AWESOME company that fixed us!
I see they finally responded to my comment Oct 3. I called and left messages about this issue and you didn't want to return my call. You can't find me in your system? How many outrageous quotes do you give that you can't figure out which customer I am?????????

When my furnace stopped working late at night on a night where temps were in single digits, I was panicked. Tony was extremely helpful in getting the on call workers out to me quickly. They were friendly and efficient. So thankful for the quick fix and great service.

Chuck came to service our plumbing issues and it was an overall wonderful experience. He was quick and efficient and did a great job at explaining to us what was needed and why. I would highly recommend the entire company to anyone!

Tony did a great job with fixing my leaking toilet and was informative of my options regarding a long term fix. I'm glad he was so helpful and I went with Reeve's!

We just purchased our house and it’s on a well system. We contacted reeves to have a quote done on annual systems maintenance and to check for any concerns. Reeves sent out Chuck who was just awesome. He came in listened to our concerns and addressed each one honestly and efficiently. He also let us know on what things should be if an immediate concern, like the 40 year old hot water heater, and things that can be done in the future. Chuck researched what we had, and provided us quotes for different scenarios. Reeves will be handling all our plumbing and well system needs from here on out!
