I will always suggest Reeves, I have had them out a few times for plumbing and heating needs. This most recent time was for heating issues, and Tony is the man. He was very informative, knew exactly what my issue was, and he even gave me suggestions for preventative measures. I’ll definitely be using Reeves again.

We used reeves to install a water shut off valve for a dishwasher. They got us in the next day and even came early. Tony and Harley were great and friendly. Tony is very professional and great to deal with.

I had a number of plumbing issues in my older home on separate occasions and decided to call Reeves each of those times. Their technicians Tony, Chris, Travis, and Mike did everything to come up with a solution which provided options and how it affected cost. Also, helped me understand what they were going to do in my home. The end product looks great, and so far so good on what the issues were initially.

I had a rather serious clog in my main sewer line that was flooding my basement with sewage. I called and set up an appointment with their very helpful woman who answered the phone. I had rather particular requests which they met (though they ended up not being required), and I later had to reschedule, which they did without issue. The young fellas who came (Mac and... Sorry buddy, forgot the other kid's name) came and had to go through my horrifically cluttered basement, which they did with polite stoicism. The clog was was handled promptly, and the service fee was not at all unreasonable. They were very professional, and they saved me from a massive problem. I will absolutely recommend them to others and if I need to call them again I will definitely make sure it's a more navigable space (sorry about that, guys).

Had Reeves come out for my yearly preseason boiler inspection. I’ve used them in the past and they are usually quick and reasonably priced. This time was different…..The tech was at my place for 2.5 hours. That time included a 20min smoke break in my driveway. Total cost was $338.00. It is usually no where near that! I asked him why it cost so much. His response “everything is more expensive these days”. The receipt only showed the total cost. Asked for an itemized one, hopefully it’ll provide more info.

My furnace was not working so I called reeves to come diagnose my problem. When the technician arrived, before looking for the problem he said "you need a new furnace" and tried selling me on a new one. I said no let's find out the problem on this one first. He looked around testing some things and told me my control board was bad and then charged me 100 so bucks for the service call and left. I went to the furnace parts store and ordered a new control board and installed it. The furnace still didn't work. Talked to a hvac friend and he told me it was probably the transistor. I ordered that and installed it and the furnace started right up. So reeves costed me the price of a new control board plus their service fee for coming to look at it for 5 minutes and be wrong with their diagnosis. Not pleased
