Cameron from Nerthlings came to diagnose a problem with my furnace, which would not reach the temp set on my thermostat. He was friendly, professional, and helped me understand what the problem was. He also gave me a couple of things to keep my eye on, and (on my request) installed a carbon monoxide detector. Really good service from Nerthlings!

I can't say enough for the company from the tech that came out Friday night to the salesman John to the installers and the office girl. Everybody high quality service excellent. My Old Furnace stopped working on November 19th at 5:30 p.m. and I had a new furnace in my house Heating on Tuesday the 23rd. I can't say enough about this company. We called Nerthling to have our furnace/heating system checked out. Service was provided by Veronica Wagner. She was prompt, professional, explained everything. She identified to areas of risk in our heating system and would have been able to complete the repair but her vehicle was out of commission and so the repair has to de scheduled.

We asked her about putting a cover on our a/c unit. She explained that covers often provider a place for vermin to reside. She suggested that we place something on top of the unit.

We also talked about a service contract for both Heat and A/C.
She explained the benefits and we signed up for both.

I also asked her how long she had been at Nerthling (a question I usually ask to find out about their work environment)? She responded that she had been with the company for 7 months. She came there because her previous was employer did plumbing and HVAC and she was interested in only HVAC. She said she was very pleased with Nerthling.

This is my second experience with Nerthling. A+ in both cases
