I was promptly scheduled and then rescheduled to an earlier time by Dan Reeves. Much appreciated! I contacted Reeves because they are a certified repair specialist for Navian tankless water heaters. The technician arrived and needed to contact Navian to diagnose the repair which took him waiting on hold for almost an hour. Not his fault to hold but I felt a bit like I paid for him to sit in his truck for almost an hour. When I called I was told the diagnosis fee was $109 which I agree to but once determining the problem (a $30 part) the tech told me the diagnosis fee was $149 which I challenged and he supposedly readjusted. The replacement part took approximately 20 mins to install so I expected $109 + $30 + 1/2 of labor. He charged me $249. Not sure looking back how he got there. I paid the bill and was asked to sign several places with no good explanation of why I was signing. (My fault for not challenging) I then gave my email as that was where the invoice was to be sent. Never got it.They did fix my problem but probably won't return as I felt the price a bit out of line and don't want to pay for more on the job training as I saw it.
